Excellent restaurant, highly recommended! A very warm welcome, delicious and original dishes, and fish and shellfish that are always completely fresh, unlike at other restaurants in the village. A great wine list. Everything is homemade! Very professional service. Sea view!

We ordered a pigato, which on the menu cost 25 to 30 euros at most, but on the bill it came to 32. Then there was 13 euros for a child's pasta dish. Otherwise, the food was good, average for the place (average quality, high prices).

I went to this place on the recommendation of a friend who's been going there for years, and I have to say I loved it. The flavors are delicate, so as not to overpower the taste of the fish! They're very attentive to customer requests. I had such a good time that I went back two days later!

A wonderful dinner for two, excellent quality food, polite and very courteous staff. We dined outside with a sea view. The portions were adequate for the quantity and quality of the dishes. The desserts were truly delicious. I recommend it! I'll definitely be back!

When we arrived, we were a little skeptical; the prices were still "high." We ordered various dishes, including the mussels, which were plentiful—they could have fed two people—and the fried calamari and shrimp, but the food was so good. My compliments! The staff were incredibly kind and smiling!

La Locanda Cascina Porro di Giustenice

07/06/2026: I passed by Cascina Porro on my mountain bike; the refuge is located right at the end of the "Hiroshima mon amour" trail, a beautiful single track that starts from the Giustenice pass. The inn is gorgeous; I had a sandwich that was a real treat, with homemade bread, coppa, cheese, grilled vegetables, and homemade onion jam, washed down with a fantastic craft beer. The owners are kind and friendly; I took home a couple of jams (onion and pepper) and they let me try a slice of freshly baked crostata, which was also phenomenal. My only advice: offer slightly lighter beers. At the end of Hellboy (the next trail), I crawled into a bramble bush. I don't know if the 8.5° beer had anything to do with it...
