Amaranto Bistrot In Finale ligure

Dinner for two at this restaurant on the outskirts of Finale: a welcoming and colorful atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and very good food, with attention to quality ingredients. The burger was very good, the fries were exceptional, the specialties were a real find, and the crostini were incredibly tasty. Prices were higher than the average for Finale.

You can't go to Finalborgo without stopping by Amaranto Bistrot. Simultaneously refined and simple, the food is delicious, in the best Ligurian tradition, accompanied by kindness and courtesy. Absolutely not to be missed.

The Chicche and mixed fried food are fabulous! The Chicche have the aroma of the Finale Ligure trails, and the mixed fried food, in my opinion, is incredibly fresh.

I had the pleasure of dining at Amaranto Bistrot in Finalborgo, and the experience was truly excellent. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and attentive without ever being intrusive. I tried the potato dumplings with escarole, sausage, and pine nuts: a flavorful dish, well-balanced, and made with top-quality ingredients. Next up was the creamy, flavorful brandacujun, executed to perfection. A welcoming restaurant that combines traditional dishes with attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic experience in Finalborgo!

What a lovely evening! We had dinner at this small, elegant restaurant just outside the walls of Finalborgo. The staff are super kind and attentive. The food was delicious and served with special attention to detail. I recommend it 😉🤙🏻

We ate here twice, both times it was excellent and at a fair price. The ambiance is also very nice and the service is friendly.

A fantastic little place, everything was delicious: the hummus was unique, with zucchini and many other little things, the burrata with figs was a delight, and the coconut and peach dessert was spectacular. We ate and drank beautifully, a joyful and militant mix! Go there!

Excellent experience. The staff were friendly and local, small but welcoming. Among other things, they served some elaborate and unusual vegan dishes. I'd say it was a great experience.
