09/07/2025: A truly pleasant experience. We were greeted with great courtesy and immediately felt at ease. The wait staff was extremely helpful and friendly, while the owner, a rare charmer, contributed to the atmosphere with his genuine affability. As for the food, it was truly excellent: we were advised to share courses—a suggestion we greatly appreciated—and so we were able to savor multiple specialties, including: • Two plates of trofie with pesto, • A plate of paccheri with clams and porcini mushrooms, • A well-assorted grilled fish. There were three of us, and the selection proved perfect for enjoying each dish with balance. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, from the welcome to the cuisine. If we had to give an overall rating, we could only confirm five stars: a flawless evening. The only small complaint concerns the location of our table, near the entrance to a private residence. A minor detail, considering the overall ambiance is enchanting: a quiet alley hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. In short: quality, courtesy, and taste blend harmoniously. A place that leaves a lasting impression and is definitely worth recommending.

21/07/2025: A restaurant located inside a residence/hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and out. The menu is limited, but all focus on Ligurian tradition. The farinata is excellent, and the focacciamisu is unique. Family-run and informal.

12/06/2025: Sunday we celebrated our kids' wedding ..... WONDERFUL ..... Drinks at the village .....so much stuff!!! Restaurant? Wonderful location..... possibility to adapt according to your needs. EXCELLENT cuisine!!! The pastry chef?.... FANTASTIC !!! The staff ....excellent. Polite, prepared....present, but not excessive. Gabriele, the owner, ....as the groom said "has the ability to transmit tranquility" .....he is an exquisite person. What can I say, you have an important occasion to celebrate....do you also simply want to be pampered in the palate and soul?....this is the right place. Thank you for making a special day.....memorable!

13/06/2025: Posto incantevole, un angolo di charme avvolti da atmosfera quasi "provenzale"...ma siano ad Albenga! Abbiamo degustato la "Verticale di Parmigiano Reggiano", un'eccezionale selezione di stagionatura partendo da 48 mesi fino a 106 mesi. Abbiamo proseguito con un tagliere di selezionatissimo Prosciutto Crudo di Parma , il tutto accompagnato da un calice Nebbiolo della cantina Costa Caterina. La carta dei vini è di prim'ordine. ...e non andate via senza aver prima concluso con l'Amaro del Re Carciofo!

10/06/2025: Il posto si presenta da sè.. in una piazza bellissima, silenziosa, elegante, tra ulivi e piante curatissime. Il proprietario è gentile e preparatissimo. Abbiamo mangiato degli antipasti deliziosi, primi e secondi altrettanto buoni. La tagliata con asparagi merita una menzione particolare.. la carne si scioglie in bocca ed il sapore è eccellente. Vino brut francese squisito, dolci ottimi.. direi tutto super! Consigliato e personalmente, ritorneremo!

29/06/2025: I visited the workshop recently and the experience was definitely disappointing. The place itself is not bad, but what ruins everything is the attitude of the staff: rude, brusque and unprofessional. • From the moment I ordered, the staff showed obvious annoyance to my questions, answering hastily and with an annoyed tone - just as reported by other customers . • This is not an isolated case: several people on online review platforms complain about the same unfriendly and unhelpful behavior, especially from those who take orders • Overall: unwelcoming service and, in my case, what should have been a pleasant moment turned into a feeling of annoyance. The advice is clear: if you are looking for courtesy and a minimum of sympathy, here you risk being very disappointed. A change in the relationship with customers is needed, because it is not enough to have a good pizza if you are then treated like a burden.

26/06/2025: Nice place!!! The decor immediately strikes you.... garage style...with motorcycles, cars and old and iconic objects. Specialty "pizza a la pala"...wide choice...and I must say that the 2 choices we made were really excellent. Fast service...and average prices. We will definitely be back. 👍

07/07/2025: We were at the bakery yesterday morning, the products were excellent, the people at the counter were very kind and courteous, they even opened a bar to make us cappuccino, I recommend it to everyone, as for me, if the opportunity arises, platters and farinata galore

12/06/2025: Welcomed by discreet and very knowledgeable staff, my partner and I spent an enchanting evening in an elegant and particular environment, whose name is given by the ancient press that can be admired in the main room. Fabulous ceviche in particular, but also excellent sea sea, cod and desserts. The wine list is extensive and ranges from local wines to foreign ones. High bill but adequate in my opinion.

01/05/2025: At Samsara you can feel at ease right from the moment you enter. The managers welcomed us today, well after lunch time, with a smile and without batting an eyelid. And what a surprise to discover a family environment where the owners don't mind a good chat. And then the quality of the food is high. We took fassona trio and fassona tartare with caramelized onions. Very good meat. Next time we will definitely try other things. If you like beer (and theirs is very good) you are spoiled for choice here. As for wine and why not also for champagne. GOOD

26/04/2025: Nel cuore di Loano, in uno dei caruggi più vivaci del centro storico, si trova il “Samsara, risto-wine and beer” che si distingue non solo per l’offerta enogastronomica ma anche per l’atmosfera calorosa e familiare che lo rende unico. Il Samsara ti conquista fin dal primo momento perché ogni dettaglio è curato con amore e passione e perché vieni accolto come un amico di vecchia data. Il menù è semplice ma ogni piatto è fatto di ingredienti freschi e accostamenti che lo rendono particolare. Un esempio? La cheesecake di fassona piemontese: una delizia! La lista dei vini e delle birre è ricca e interessante: difficile non trovare qualcosa che soddisfi ogni palato! Che sia per consumare un pasto, un aperitivo o anche solo per un drink a fine giornata, i proprietari vi accoglieranno con un sorriso e sapranno consigliarvi con attenzione e senza invadenza, facendovi sentire clienti speciali. Al Samsara viene voglia di tornare e portare con sè amici e parenti perché tutto contribuisce all’esperienza e nulla è frutto del caso, neanche la playlist musicale!
