Beautiful location, about a 15-minute walk from the Verezzi parking lot. Good pizza... excellent tiramisu (ordered on the waitress's recommendation :). It's worth a quick stroll because the place is truly charming.

The location is splendid: this trattoria sits under the pine trees, in the square next to the churches of San Martino and the Vergine, overlooking a spectacular view. It can only be reached on foot via a short cobbled path, a meeting point for the many trails that crisscross the Borgio Verezzi hinterland and a popular destination for hikers and cyclists. The menu is exclusively fish-based; the dishes we tried were exquisite and meticulously presented. The young owner is friendly and prompt. The bill is quite expensive for an osteria, but that's also true considering its location.

After a hike in the forest, we stumbled upon Osteria dei 4 Venti, without a reservation and convinced we wouldn't stand a chance of getting a table. Yet, we were fortunate enough to be welcomed, and we quickly understood why the restaurant was fully booked.
The cuisine is refinedly simple, based on the freshness of the ingredients and genuine expertise. The tuna tartare was remarkably delicate, the cuttlefish with potatoes perfectly executed, and the pizza with pesto and stracciatella di bufala absolutely delicious, generous, and well-balanced.
An authentic, sincere place where you can feel the passion for the craft. An unexpected discovery that was a wonderful end to our hike.
