04/03/2024: Went for lunch. What to say? I would go there every day :) You choose from the menu and it costs very little (they offer this service at lunch). Delicious ravioli, excellent gnocchi with rabbit ragout etc. Also pantesca pasta with anchovies. Perfect tart. Generous portions And the place is cheerful as well as delicious Well done!!!!

15/02/2024: Prenotato la domenica per pranzo. Ci siamo presentati al ristorante con un po’ di ritardo e tre bambini (uno di 6 mesi 2 di 4 anni) e una ragazza incinta. Accoglienza super gentile, attenzione alle esigenze dei piccoli (peccato per la mancanza del fasciatoio) e anche nei confronti della ragazza che aspettava nel proporre piatti buoni ma che lei potesse comunque mangiare. Prezzo nella norma ed in linea al servizio! Posto davvero piacevole…. Un bella esperienza! Ci torneremo

23/02/2024: Allora, per dirla tutta, il punteggio giusto, per adesso, è secondo me proprio 4,5 ma il punteggio pieno, 5 su 5, l'ho dato per le potenzialità del posto e della cucina. Il mezzo punto che avrei tolto riguarda alcuni dettagli che se corretti porteranno la GATTABUIA ad altissimi livelli e soprattutto a diventare un riferimento della cucina veramente innovativa di questa zona, troppo satura di banalissimi "spaghetti allo scoglio" e "pesce alla ligure". Partiamo con ordine: un primo ECCEZIONALE (tagliatelle con scampi , limone e zenzero), un secondo MOLTO BUONO anche se non eccezionale (polpo alla gattabuia, cotto a bassa temperatura e saltato in padella), un OTTIMO vino PIGATO. Adesso veniamo ai punti deboli: 1) troppi piatti sul menù del giorno (suona male in termini di freschezza di preparazione, visto che la cottura lenta è il vanto del cuoco) 2) Il tiramisù che ha preso il mio amico aveva un vago gusto di ... NUTELLA (aaaagh!!!) mentre il mio sorbetto alla grappa non era granché. Conto 50Euro a testa ovvero BUONO per aver mangiato cose non banali e di pesce. Complessivamente: MOLTO BRAVI. Tornerò a trovarvi spesso.

11/02/2024: Returning from Sanremo we stopped for dinner and immediately appreciated the kind welcome (also from Brina). The menu illustrated on the blackboard is very original and is carefully described by the staff. Alba tartare with truffle flavor as a starter which I would recommend to everyone and then a second course of very soft octopus with potatoes, Taggiasca olives and really good pesto. Excellent value for money. Congratulations for everything. Advised.

10/12/2023: Una piacevole riscoperta. Ho pranzato con mia moglie e abbiamo avuto la piacevole sorpresa di trovare il locale rifatto completamente, curato nella acustica (pannelli fonoassorbenti appesi al soffitto), pulito e ben arredato. Garbato ma non invasivo il ricevimento,molto buono il servizio.Ma veniamo al mangiare; cucina casalinga, pietanze ottime e arrivate calde al tavolo, presentazione dei piatti buona e porzioni soddisfacenti. Buona la cantina , abbiamo bevuto una bottiglia di nebbiolo. Prezzo corretto per un buon pranzo. P.S. siamo usciti senza avere mal si testa.

10/11/2023: Pesssimo . Sia il personale (proprietaria) che il servizio ed il cibo . Ravioli al ragù di carne che sapevano di funghi , maleducazione estrema ; nemmeno un saluto all ‘ingresso . Avevamo già optato anni fa per non andarci mai più poi oggi ci siamo fatti prendere ….ripeto pessimi anche come prezzi . Il peggior ristorante

30/12/2023: Pizzeria piccola e arredata con semplicità. Personale simpatico, preciso e cortese. In 4 abbiamo Mangiato pizza, due da menù e due extra. Servizio veloce: Pizze leggere, cucinate con cura e con una scelta eccellente delle materie prime. Due tipi di birra alla spina, weiss molto buona. Disponibili altre bevande e birre in bottiglia. Un solo dolce, bicchierino della nonna preparato e cucinato anche questo con cura. Rapporto qualità prezzo alto. Ci verrò ancora. Consiglio.

01/12/2023: Location molto carina anche se più apprezzabile nel periodo estivo, personale preparato e discreto, mai invadente. Cibo buono con una bella presentazione. Benché bisogna tenere presente che il ristorante fa parte di un resort, l'ingresso non è all'altezza, poco intuitivo, si rischia di entrare in camera di qualche cliente e non si viene accolti ma bisogna chiedere. Giudizio complessivo positivo.

05/04/2024: Pizzeria classified by Forbes among the 100 Italian excellences in 2024. Precisely for this reason, moved by curiosity, one evening I decided to try this much celebrated pizzeria. Unfortunately I didn't find the location particularly well looked after, the tablecloths and napkins were made of paper, the internal chairs were made of plastic and the windows were very dirty. The pizza wasn't bad but the general quality for me doesn't allow it to be called Italian excellence, furthermore the photos of the pizzas published on social media are very different from those that arrive at the table. The service was courteous but not impeccable, the prices average, indeed perhaps slightly pretentious considering the attention to detail and the venue. I would add that the clothes take on a smell, perhaps due to the poor air recirculation and suction capacity. Overall, in my opinion, this pizzeria should do better, especially given the important report they received. Last detail, the oven is electric and not wood-fired.
