Definitely a high-end venue with just the right number of menu options, suggesting the freshness of the ingredients. The wine list is extensive and top-quality. The tableware and tableware are carefully laid out and beautifully set. The service is friendly, punctual, and efficient. The menu offers an interesting and innovative approach. One point to note is that the portions are a bit limited, with an excess of welcome samples based on starchy foods at the beginning, along with interesting, carefully selected but minimal side dishes. In short, it's certainly not a place to bring young climbing friends with a wolf's appetite. I also found a limitation regarding vegetable options, and I wonder if there are vegetarian and vegan options, and whether intolerances have been considered. As for the prices, they seem in line with the style and quality of the venue, even compared to those in BS VR BG. I'd recommend trying it again in another context.

A trip to the Pennavaira Valley and its beautiful villages led us to lunch at this restaurant. The place is very intimate, with soft lighting and music creating a wonderful atmosphere.
