Fresh fish, very good, excellent service and imaginative, particular dishes. Nice environment... highly recommended!

The mere choice to display at each table the mosaic works of the adjacent MuDA, (the well-known widespread museum in Albissole, on the overlooking Lungomare degli Artisti), already in itself does great honor to this place, welcoming, elegant and artistic at the same time. As a many-year lover of crudités and coquillage grand plateaus, as well as other fish specialities, I can only declare myself very satisfied with the lunch for two recently enjoyed. Truly EXCELLENT, and with an excellent quality-price ratio, rarely found from the Genoese area to the Savona area. The choice to bake different types of artisanal bread every day is commendable, as is the choice to offer exclusively delicious fresh homemade pasta (in my case, tagliolini with REAL squid ink, seasoned with a 5-piece fish sauce 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟) . Punctual and attentive service. The white wine is excellent, as is the filtered water. Chef Mauro fully deserves 10/10. I will return next week, in the hope of finding the table reproducing the work of the beloved and late Aurelio Caminati free again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Not to be missed if you love 🐟!

A delightful place, furnished with care and with wonderful artistic details. Super quiet environment with very pleasant ambient music. Menu also suitable for allergy sufferers or celiacs, very careful about contamination and extremely well prepared, extremely fresh fish, masterfully cooked dishes, rich wine list. Trained, friendly and dynamic dining room staff. An experience to be redone. Congratulations to all.

Pleasant place, kind and dynamic staff, almost open kitchen and with the chefs all wearing gloves. Comfortable bathroom (this is not a given for being in Liguria) and clean. I decided to eat the large fish soup and I must say that I was happy with the choice (the photo doesn't give an idea) abundant with fillets hidden by clams etc etc shellfish etc etc the prices quite high but fair for the menu and courses. Definitely worth returning. p.s. advice for the service, the towels at the table, the saucer for fish residues

...nonostante siano state molte le occasioni per cenare da Mauro, nella sua Pescheria Degli Artisti di Albissola, ma forse complice un lontano ricordo in cui da "Gianni Ai Pescatori" avevo ben volentieri sacrificato una buona fetta del mio primo stipendio per una spigola "perfetta", solo ora si è concretizzata la circostanza. Lungi da voler fare impropri confronti con quello che è ormai retaggio di emozioni ho colto l'occasione di una cena augurale tra amici dove la convivialità la fa da padrona ed il menù è fisso: terra o mare e quindi con scelta scontata. Si aprono le danze con vino bianco o rosato proposto dalla casa giusto per sgranocchiare focaccette e pane ruspanti con olive taggiasche in quantità. Con tempi appropriati e un servizio attento e professionale, appaiono i gnocchi al ragù di polpo, caldi e abbondanti ma! - forse a causa del numero elevato di commensali - i vari componenti non paiono rispettosi l'uno dell'altro, talvolta confondendosi nella consistenza oltrechè nel sapore!! Tant'è che una scarpetta trionfale, meticolosa quanto ostentata, cede il passo al fritto misto di acciughe, calamari, frittelle di baccalà, acciuga ripiena, gamberone e verdure in pastella. Essenziale, poco elaborato - se si può dire di un fritto - e per un attimo viene la voglia di un vino da abbinare ma la magia finisce in fretta e il piatto è vuoto. E quì la cena finisce, fatta salva una fetta di panettone spalmata di mascarpone. Consigliato? ovviamente si; tornarci? ora più che mai, se non altro per pizzicare le corde di un simpaticissimo "vecchio marpione"perche si sa, "chi bussa vuole la meglio".

Piacevolissima sorpresa. Ci siamo fermati per caso incuriositi dal nome......abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Tutto veramente buono. Personale gentile ed educato. Complimenti torneremo.

Nonostante frequentiamo da anni Albisola, nei caotici mesi estivi non eravamo mai venuti a cena qui. In Ottobre, ci siamo stati tre settimane di fila. Il motivo è molto semplice: utilizzano una materia prima di alta qualità, lavorata poco e bene, sanno accogliere e coccolare il cliente e il rapporto qualità/prezzo e’ davvero eccellente. Davvero una bella realtà in Albissola, testimonianza che quando la Passione incontra la Competenza, il risultato non può che essere un Successo. Assolutamente da provare i crudi, in particolare il plateau degli artisti, ma anche gli altri piatti (porzioni abbondanti…)sono un piacere per gli occhi e il palato🫶
