A dinner to remember! Everything was excellent, great food, and incredibly fresh fish. The highlight was having the opportunity to speak with the chef, who came to our table to explain the flours he uses to make the tagliolini, which were truly excellent. His expertise and passion were evident, how wonderful! Bravo!

We booked for lunch, went in, and found no one to greet us. We waited a couple of minutes, and a girl came and showed us to our table. We chose the platter, which I expected more from, both in terms of the quality of the fish and its provenance. I was expecting something local, being by the sea, but no, lots of shellfish from Ireland, and no Sanremo pink prawns. Another point to note was that the cod was still slightly chilled, while we had to wait for the salmon tartare to thaw at the table. I understand there were few people, and therefore a short line, but I didn't expect it to be frozen. Otherwise, the fish was good. I also ordered the gnocchi and the pasta with mussels and clams, which were good but not exceptional. Overall, looking at the reviews, I expected more and not an average restaurant. A point of merit, however, is the bread and focaccia, which were excellent.

I've come to an understanding: it's the best seafood restaurant in the province of Savona. Before writing this review, I went there a few times, and I have to say that not only was I never disappointed, but each time I was even more enthusiastic. The raw materials, the cooking, the wine selection, the attention to the customer, the courtesy and discretion of the staff, the pleasant atmosphere. The brandacujun is exceptional, the black ravioli with mussel and clam sauce are spectacular, the fish soup is supreme, the sea bass fillet is delicious - strictly wild, and believe me: it's a different kind of fish - ... and this is just to highlight some of the dishes ... I'll be back again and again to taste the crudités and their famous risotto ... if there were six (6) stars I would have given them!

We expected more. The place, in my opinion, was too dark. The service was young, but still friendly. I had two completely tasteless spaghetti allo scoglio. The spaghetti with crab was also tasteless and poorly combined with the sauces. Treatment like occasional customers.

Very good and well-kept raw ham....

I came back for a second time, I confirm everything was good, this time I tried the raw ham.... I have to say top, the only flaw I recommend is air conditioning, it was a bit hot.

They can make the entire menu gluten-free, including bread, desserts, and fried foods. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten and celiac disease. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere was truly delightful. The chef took us on a magnificent journey through the flavors of the sea, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. A huge thank you also to the restaurant manager, a remarkably kind and attentive lady who made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent wine, impeccable service, and countless thoughtful touches: we highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return.
