27/08/2025: A truly unique venue in Sanremo! A wide selection of cocktails—including Ligurian-themed ones—accompanied by excellent wines and a selection of first courses, sandwiches, and desserts to satisfy every moment of the evening. Special mention goes to the owner and staff: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel right at home. A place we'll definitely return to for an aperitivo and to sample their delicacies!

18/08/2025: In the heart of Sanremo, we find the high-end Drinx cocktail and wine bar. The expert hands of those behind the bar create true works of art, all surrounded by a uniquely stylish interior. Highly recommended!!!

05/10/2025: Over the past two weeks of vacation, I've regularly bought crispy rolls, excellent cookies, and meringues. Good products, a pleasant, clean shop, and friendly salespeople. Highly recommended.

04/01/2026: If you want to eat good meat, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, the last few times I've been, I think the service has gotten worse, but the thing that bothers me the most is that there's always a mistake on the bill: the weight of the meat they charge you is never the weight you actually ate; they add a good 100g or 150g more, and sometimes they even mark the bill for dishes you never ordered. Check what they charge you carefully!

01/10/2025: Judging by the over-whelming review responses so far being combative rather than accepting, I did wonder if it were worth writing this. After all, isn’t one positive aspect of an honest review being that those responsible for the establishment can improve? I visited with my husband - one night stay. First things first, acknowledgment where it is due, the owners/people at this establishment are lovely and are intent on giving good service. All are very friendly and courteous -but other than this element, I’m afraid I’m at a loss as to why many other reviews are so at odds with our own recent experience. The views, of course, are absolutely stunning ….. but when that’s been said, nothing else is anywhere close to acceptable, let alone impressive. It’s obvious that the picture-book location is expected to deflect any and all expectations of comfort. There really is precious little. Please don’t expect that the photos were taken this side of the millennium, and at that fast-receding point in time, the decoration and facilities were more than likely passable - but having clearly had zero investment in the fabric since, it has become tired and massively past its sell-by date and in dire need of maintenance on a grand scale. It has to be said, however, that as some buildings fall into decrepitude, they become oddly iconic. Perhaps this is a case in point….. but be warned, don’t expect anything less than an authentic Adam’s Family mansion experience complete with incredible, breath-taking views.

21/09/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel La Riserva di Castel d'Appio. The place is full of charm, the view is magnificent, and the setting is very relaxing. The staff is charming and efficient, whether at reception, at breakfast, or in the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and the food is of high quality. We will gladly return!

09/11/2025: Beautiful location (even though there's a road in between) right on the Imperia Porto Maurizio harbor, overlooking the fishing boats and yachts. Excellent aperitifs with good-quality and varied appetizers.

02/09/2025: Perfect for quick little stop for coffee before heading uphill to the old town! We had 2 americanos and 2 pastries for only €7 — such a great deal. Tasty, quick, and super affordable. Bonus: the toilet has an automatic door, which makes the stop even more interesting!

13/12/2025: Situated on the seafront, away from traffic, amidst lush greenery and a beautiful view. Outdoor seating is available, and in the summer, you can enjoy a drink on the lounge chairs shaded by the trees. The menu offers three dishes, which change frequently, as well as sandwiches and toasted sandwiches. The aperitifs are delicious. Friendly service.

17/09/2025: The summer location is truly charming, a garden in the middle of the alleyways. A quaint, tranquil atmosphere and truly friendly staff. We'll definitely return.

29/08/2025: On our way back from vacation, we were looking for a place inland for dinner, and almost by chance, our GPS took us to Vallebona. Although it's not very close to the highway, it was a great choice: we discovered a charming village, worthy of a more leisurely visit, and a simple yet authentic restaurant where we enjoyed truly high-quality pizza. The prices were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Looking at the menu, we were also intrigued by the grilled meat and fish, which we'll definitely try next time.
