10/11/2024: Situato in un borgo veramente caratteristico e tipico... un'isola di pace e serenità...circondati dal verde e con molti animali stupendi trattati con grande amore...la gentilezza di Alberto e Liliana a darci ogni tipo di nozioni sull'azienda (un vero fiore dell'entroterra ) e sul meraviglioso cibo che ci hanno preparato e servito con lo stesso amore e cura con cui si occupano dell'attività di famiglia...solo i fortunati che ci pranzeranno potranno capire...del resto mi è impossibile descrivere le sensazioni provate dai sapori genuini dell'antica cucina ligure da loro esaltata... complimenti sinceri a voi tutti... 25/03/2025: Perfect place for those on holiday, families, large tables. But also for those who live here it is an excellent choice throughout the year. the pizza is really very good and plentiful, the pizza tour is convenient. The fish tour is interesting but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. Nice find, the drinks on tap. Friendly staff, fairly quick service, the environment is pleasant in the winter season, chaotic in the summer.

18/03/2025: Siamo tornati dopo la pizza a provare il giropesce, direi qualità prezzo soddisfacente; antipasto misto, l'unica pecca è stata la focaccia non fresca ma riscaldata. Primo abbondante, un poco meno la frittura, compreso sorbetto, bevane e caffè al prezzo promo di 27.90€ . Ci torneremo di sicuro!

29/03/2025: Having stumbled upon this OSTERIA for lunch last Friday by chance, I found myself in a family environment, most of the customers are workers (very pleasant people). I consumed fried fish and side dishes. I compliment you on the service and cuisine. Thank you, see you next time.

08/03/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante a cena. Difficile trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Locale caratteristico e ben tenuto. Abbiamo mangiato bene con piatti ben cucinati. Nota dolente mentre stavamo ordinando il dolce ci hanno chiesto se potevamo lasciare il tavolo abbastanza velocemente perché avevano altre persone. Durante la prenotazione non avevano detto che avevano più turni altrimenti non avrei fatto 40 minuti di macchina per arrivare fin li. L’ho trovato piuttosto sgradevole e non corretto e non vengano a dire che alla fine mi hanno offerto il dolce perché nessuno lo ha chiesto. Prenoto e pago quello che c’è da pagare ma voglio correttezza e trasparenza.

04/03/2025: Très bon accueil. Le personnel est sympathique, agréable. La salle voûtée est très agréable et les convives ne sont pas agglutinés les uns aux autres. Le dimanche, jour de notre venue, un menu unique dégustation était proposé. Les plats étaient fins, savoureux et la presentation raffinée. Très belle adresse.

And if you don't like (very fresh) fish, always find the solution to suit all tastes! And, as chef Borghese would say, ten also for the service managed by Fabiana. 15/03/2025: Un angolo accogliente e romantico anche in inverno...sembra di toccare il mare e si è avvolti dal suo profumo oltre che da quello del cibo ottimo dello chef Giuliano, dall'antipasto al dolce. E se non ami il pesce (freschissimo), trova sempre la soluzione accontentando tutti i gusti! E, come direbbe lo chef Borghese, dieci anche al servizio gestito da Fabiana. 02/03/2025: Cucina tipica ma sapientemente rivisitata senza stravolgere e senza voler esasperare con una creatività ormai sempre troppo spinta. Materie prime principalmente locali e preparare in maniera impeccabile. Dosi più che generose e menù (anche se menù fisso e non alla carta), vario e sfizioso. Prezzo contenuto per il livello delle pietanze proposte. Menzione d'onore per i dolci (tenetevi sempre uno spazietto nello stomaco).

20/03/2025: I have been frequenting Vincanta since the beginning, both with friends and with clients. The place is terrifying, in the middle of a crossroads but the place is nice with friendly staff. I saw their aperitif offer slowly decrease until tonight's episode. I am served a wine with a hint of base, as if I had drunk sand. Not only do they not apologize but they make me pay 7 euros, not even a euro less. You are born gentlemen, as Totò said. For me the experience ends here.
