30/08/2025: Dolceacqua salmon! We decided to spend an evening in the charming village of Dolceacqua. We made a reservation and were told we'd be on the terrace! We were seated on the sidewalk, with the head of the table just a few centimeters from the trash can. We ordered three salads with fennel, orange, and salmon: a little of each, and about 10 grams of salmon. The other diners (7) ordered hamburgers: they arrived cold and accompanied by chips, also at room temperature. We asked for bread for the salads: it arrived thin and rubbery. Each salad cost 12 euros for about half a fennel bulb, two orange segments, and 10 grams of salmon. We paid by asking to use Satispay since the logo was on the entrance door. The answer: no, it's no longer in use. After completing the payment, I waited until I was alone and, in a low voice and as politely as possible, expressed my perplexity about my very sad salad! They replied: "Madam, do you know how much salmon costs?" 6 euros for 100g and then... WE'RE IN DOLCEACQUA! I think that in a village full of magic, quality and kindness shouldn't be lacking. 50g of salmon would have been enough, as would two or three more orange segments. For dessert, I would have appreciated a "sorry."

20/09/2025: Three of us went to dinner for a pizza, including a red stracchino, prosciutto, and arugula, which we specifically requested without mozzarella. Despite the request, which I believe wasn't made, the pizza arrived with mozzarella, while the bottle of water we requested at the beginning of the dinner arrived after the pizza itself had already been eaten. The bill charged us 4 covers and 2 coffees, but there were 3 of us and only one coffee. At the cashier, the alleged owner exposed himself by saying, "Okay, I'll give you two euros back," when, after doing the exact calculations, it was 3.20 euros. Terrible.

18/09/2025: We liked it better here before the menu change. Buona Vita would be better served by offering standard Italian dishes, like pizza and pasta, along with house wine, at reasonable prices. Cipressa already has a place for more upscale dining, Oliva Pazza. It's certainly delicious, but the portions are small and relatively expensive. The atmosphere is still great. Unfortunately, the bar often doesn't even offer small snacks like olives or chips with the aperitifs anymore, which is very unusual. Edit: They're serving pizza again, so that should really get 5 stars, right? Unfortunately, the DJ who plays there in the evenings isn't my thing anymore 😉

03/12/2024: We had a holiday apartment in Civezza and had dinner there a few times. The food was very good, as was the service. Large terrace with a great view, which unfortunately we were only able to use once due to the weather.

02/09/2025: An experience to repeat, an ideal place to try typical Ligurian dishes. They seated us even though we didn't have a reservation, and that's appreciated. We'll definitely return to try other dishes on the menu, which changes regularly based on availability.

13/09/2025: The food was good, but the welcome was 0! They are not at all welcoming, you just want to run away! And above all, don't order too much because they make you pay for 1 menu extra

07/09/2025: Pretty good restaurant! All-you-can-eat menu for €26.50 in the evening. The sushi was pretty good, but still not the best I've ever eaten. We had a seat, and the service was relatively fast. The food was very good overall.

20/09/2025: The best sardenaira in the city, in my opinion. Authentic place and very friendly staff, despite being in Liguria. The first courses are also excellent; it's now considered a historic place.

22/08/2025: An iconic and historic location. Pizza by the slice and hot dishes available for takeout or dine-in. If it's been a hit for years, there must be a reason... A recommended, almost mandatory, stop.

23/08/2025: Excellent bakery offering traditional Sanremo products. As you can see from the photos, the leavening and baking are excellent (something that's no longer a given). Great price and very friendly staff.

08/08/2025: Fantastic focaccia and a very welcoming owner! Recommended.

27/08/2025: The bar is located in a lovely covered, shaded area with a few tables outside. Directly behind it is the impressive Baroque church and charming alleyways. Drinks and snacks (caprese, paninis, focaccia) are available. Very friendly service. Parking is available in a lot a little further on at the entrance to the village. A lovely place; a little further on in Lecchiore, you can reach river pools in 20 minutes, where you can swim in the ice-cold water.

09/08/2025: I haven't tried the food, but the welcome, beer, and coffee are excellent. It's nestled in a charming corner of town.

21/09/2025: Very good except for me the tuna was stung and I thought that was the recipe except that after that I had poisoning within 30 minutes. Apparently I had a histamine reaction due to poor storage of the tuna ... in short it's the first time that this has happened to me and I was very sick 😷...

15/02/2025: Ogni anno (da ormai diverso tempo) quando sono in vacanza in queste zone, è ormai una tappa fissa la cena in questo ristorante. Mi sono sempre trovato 'molti bene' in rapporta alla qualità /'prezzo, piatti di pesce squisiti e molto abbondanti ma sopratutto anche di qualità. Personale premuroso e molto attento sopratutto 'gentile', consigliatissimo!!

02/09/2025: A welcoming, yet very simple, place. Friendly and attentive service. The fish dishes are well-presented and truly tasty. Good value for money. We'll be back.
