22/08/2025: A truly beautiful restaurant. I dined outside in a peaceful, carefully curated setting, with lots of plants and fairy lights. The staff were very friendly, the owner was original and charming, and the dishes featured traditional Ligurian and other dishes, including many vegetarian options and a wide selection of wines. I tried a little bit of everything, and it was all delicious! Definitely worth a try!

21/07/2025: The ravioli are excellent, the dough is just the right thickness, the filling is flavorful, and the meat sauce is excellent. The baked veal tip was incredibly tender and flavorful, and the home-grown baked potatoes were magnificent. Excellent cleanliness, the atmosphere/room was very welcoming, the service was prompt, punctual, and very friendly. Fair prices. Definitely worth returning.

04/09/2025: We trusted the advertised opening hours and drove all the way from Manarola to find the door closed at 6 p.m. If you can't manage your own opening hours, you can't really speak of service.

19/08/2025: Pomella is always a hit!! The focaccia with gorgonzola and figs is extraordinary, as are the off-menu first courses, such as the scialatielli with pecorino cream, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes, and the mango mousse. The place is very quaint and the staff is very welcoming!!

30/07/2025: On the last evening of our vacation, we enjoyed a delicious meal at BORGO. We made a reservation the evening before, which is recommended, especially during the season. From what I've observed, locals also dine at the restaurant. BORGO is located on a side street with some traffic (a one-way street in the 30 km/h zone). It has a terrace, and there are cozy seats inside. Alex, our server, is relaxed and polite. The menu is clear and regional. There's something for every taste. The selection of beer, wine, and soft drinks is good. The drinks were brought quickly after ordering. The time between courses was long enough that we didn't feel rushed. The longer wait was partly due to the fact that the chef was alone. Thanks to the open communication, this fact was less of a problem. All the dishes were freshly prepared, warm, and very tasty. I especially recommend the pesto. I highly recommend the ice cream in a cup. We enjoyed a portion (almost) every evening. With drinks (a bottle of wine, a beer, and two bottles of water) and appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert, we paid a whopping €140 for three people. Good value for money.

21/07/2025: Beautiful place in the cool of the Rapallo hinterland. Only now I'm making a comment... eh eh I went there one evening in July 2017. There were four of us. It was packed [it was a Saturday]. A bit of a wait, but the food is always respectable and high-quality. Pansoti with walnut sauce, trenette with pesto, lasagna. I'll gladly return.

15/08/2025: I often travel to Tuscany and enjoy frequenting places like prosciutto and wine bars. I chose this place after checking out the website and reading many positive reviews, so I eagerly booked. The staff, starting with the lady who welcomed us, was truly kind, attentive, and friendly: I'd give them a full 5 stars. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the cured meats and cheeses was a huge disappointment. I ordered the large cutting board, a crostini board, and a prosciutto board: all of which were so low-quality that I stopped eating. My husband ordered the pappardelle with wild boar ragù, which was slightly better but still not up to expectations. I understand that during the week of August 15th, it's very busy and it's not always easy to maintain quality in the kitchen, but for the cured meats, that's no excuse: it simply means the supplier isn't up to par. It's a shame, because the service really deserves better.

14/08/2025: Refused us twice, both times because we had a baby with us. Just to try it out, I called right after going in person and didn’t mention child, and magically they had space… don’t even try if you have children

08/06/2025: L'attività è molto nota in città e i coperti sono contenuti, meglio sempre prenotare. Il locale presenta tavoli e sedie probabilmente di recupero in quanto di stili molto diversi, così come le altre piatti di arredamento. Sono disponibili libri usati di vario genere. L'offerta è per un aperitivo molto sostanzioso al costo di 21 euro. In effetti le portate sono molteplici e varie ma non mi ha soddisfatto la qualità. Olio probabilmente non di oliva in tutte le portate e servizio poco attento. Ho richiesto più volte, avendola finita, una seconda bevanda che mi è arrivata praticamente a pasto terminato. Mangiando praticamente all'asciutto! Quindi riassumendo: rapporto quantità prezzo buono, qualità prezzo no.

07/06/2025: È stata una piacevole sorpresa..ottima l.accoglienza .il locale piccolo ma pieno di allegria..i drink quelli veri non annacquati..l abbondanza del servito nei piatti che nn finivano mai di arrivare ..consigliato per passare una serata allegra con gli amici..io vi ritornero presto..

27/08/2025: Average sushi quality, nothing special. The chef was a bit of a pain, as both our table and those nearby got the order wrong, asking us to accept the dish even if it wasn't the one we ordered. The staff were kind and attentive, the place clean and discreet.

31/07/2025: It was recommended to me by friends, so I had pretty high expectations. The kitchen response times are slow, even when the restaurant isn't full, so it's difficult to place more than two separate orders. The all-you-can-eat evening plan ends up costing a lot, so I don't think it's worth it. 3 people, 1 water + 2 beers + 2 desserts €122

18/08/2025: Truly a special place, the dishes are very good and the atmosphere immediately transports you to a Tuscan-Genoese tavern with references to both Tuscany and Genoa.
