27/05/2025: Terrible restaurant in Genoa Nervi, they got on my nerves. In addition to the totally outrageous prices for the dishes (really small portions and terrible taste) and the place setting made of not even very clean plates and paper placemats for €2.50, the owners, husband and wife, were really rude. They started arguing with my eighty-five year old grandmother, treating her badly. I strongly advise against it. We had ordered a dish that after 40 minutes still hadn't arrived. After asking where it had ended up, and that if it wasn't ready yet to suspend the order, the waiter told me that it would arrive in a minute. After 20 minutes he still hadn't shown up. So they are also liars. I strongly advise against it.

11/05/2025: No table free. But the best recommendation for this place is that tiramisu was so delicious I needed to swap the plate inside out to lick the rest of it 👍

23/06/2025: Ambiente familiare, personale gentile. Pesce di buona qualità, mi sarei aspettato di più dalle trenette al pesto (un filo scotte e pesto molto fine). Prezzi abbordabili: Antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo, 1 calice di vino 1 bottiglia acqua = 27€ a testa)

01/06/2025: I got a steak in walnut and gorgonzola. Wow! Service was great, nothing missing, even had Hendricks gin.

29/07/2025: I ordered the Beyond burger with a gluten free bun. They brought me a meat burger which I took a bite of and immediately knew something was off. When I asked if that was my Beyond patty I ordered, they said they were out of Beyond. No apology whatsoever. I feel like after 8 years of not eating animal flesh I broke my vegan streak and it’s a shame people don’t understand how horrible that is to a vegan 😔

07/08/2025: I used to go to this restaurant every time I visited San Remo but unfortunately will not be returning. I have celiac disease and the old owners were so accommodating to me with my food options. I was there 2 weeks ago and when I asked for gluten free pasta all I got was an attitude and he got angry with me saying it would be 45 minutes. I said fine as it was getting late but I regret staying there. I have never experienced this attitude to a disease in San Remo before.

02/08/2025: The food is delicious; it was my go-to place in Sanremo. Unfortunately, I was shocked by the waiter's behavior today: he was cold, unhelpful, and downright rude. As I was leaving, I politely asked him for the bill (raising my hand, as I don't know the word in Italian). To my surprise, he reacted aggressively, saying that this gesture meant "give me your dick" in Italy, and added that I was "not his type." We were with family, with a woman at our table! It was shocking, inappropriate, and completely disrespectful. I will never go there again.

21/07/2025: Dinner without a course, meaning I was picking at other diners' plates after having twice reported to the wait staff that my order hadn't arrived. When I reported the incident to the cashier, they explained it to me by saying "too many customers." In fact, the wait was at least 45 minutes. Then, tomato and mixed salad, followed by rosticini, which were then refilled after I pointed out that 5 were missing, and chips, my order never arrived. The explanation was "the rosticini took longer to cook." If that were the case, given that we stayed for 2 hours, I believe they would have arrived even if it were late. My opinion is that the sausages never made it to the grill and that it would have been enough to admit an oversight in the kitchen without making any claims that would offend one's intelligence. I'll leave the reader to conclude.

20/07/2025: The food is very good, the staff is young and friendly.

19/07/2025: A very good, upscale restaurant. Excellent quality ingredients. I ordered two plates of ravioli, but that's because I have a voracious stomach. Those who normally want to enjoy their food will be well-satisfied.

07/07/2025: Everything was excellent and well cooked. I took dishes and not pizza. The only complaint is that for a plate of seafood linguine for €20 I would have honestly expected more fish (5 clams, 2 mussels, a scampi and a bit of squid scattered around) and the size of a classic soup plate seemed a bit small for the price. In any case, very good.

29/06/2025: we went to this place for dinner. We wanted to taste the famous local pesto but we were very disappointed. The pesto tasted of NOTHING. We asked for explanations and very kindly they remade the dish but the situation did not change. They explained to us that it is their very delicate recipe. Well maybe too much. 2 stars because the grilled tuna we tasted was good.

27/07/2025: Excellent service, excellent breakfast with cappuccino, focaccia, and Bacio di Alassio. Very helpful staff and excellent breakfast... divine Ligurian focaccia paired perfectly with cappuccino.

27/07/2025: We sat down at 9:45 PM and were told they couldn't serve separate courses, so they brought everything together due to the time. The seafood spaghetti was inedible, to say the least, with very low-quality fish... almost certainly frozen. The time it took to earn this €30 is equivalent to about 3 hours of work.

18/07/2025: The man in the counter was very welcoming and nice, but, I’m living in Rome for 2 years, that was the worst pizza’s bread I’ve ever eaten. It was really rough to chew!!

03/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante con vista pazzesca su Vernazza. Abbiamo preso due primi veramente ottimi. Peccato che: - gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga erano senza vongole (solo gusci vuoti); - tagliolini al nero con tartare di gambero: fantastici! ma proposti con aggiunta di mandorle e pinoli e una granola che non erano indicati nel menù. Questa è disattenzione verso il cliente qualora non fossero graditi o in caso di allergie/intolleranze.

30/04/2025: Excelente cena con una vista impresionante de Vernazza al atardecer. El servicio era excepcional también. Mi esposa y yo paramos a cenar después de caminar desde Corniglio. Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso!

26/04/2025: Retro decor, but clean. With sea view. Very uncomfortable two single mattresses that open in the center of the double bed. Decent breakfast. On site I paid 15 euros more than the booking price.

21/05/2025: The best place to eat in Ospedaletti. Genuine atmosphere, quality and tasty dishes. We were treated very well, and with attention. A place like few others.

20/05/2025: Highly not recommended. We called to ask about availability for a table for 5. The answer was "it's raining, I'm full, it's not like I can get people up, see you.. eh eh eh". A totally unprofessional answer. I advise.. if you do this job, do it with your heart and not huffing and puffing. Have a nice day

19/07/2025: Elegant restaurant in the center of Diano Marina. Food - excellent. I highly recommend the fried anchovies and fried calamari. Excellent. The Ligurian wine selection is five stars.

10/07/2025: The place isn't very big, but it's welcoming. The tables outside are all filled up. The staff are friendly, the wait time is reasonable, and the food is excellent. The Ligurian-style rabbit is excellent, the sea bass ravioli and the mussels marinara are good. The prices are average. We'll be back.
