05/07/2025: We found the place by chance on the way back from a walk, artisanal ice cream, top quality material, good, but not among the best eaten in ANDORA. We took a three-flavor cone and a brioche also with three flavors.

17/05/2025: Premise, if the menu says tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini I expect shrimp. The price is not worth the dish. For 18 euros I would have eaten something else if the dish was this. I could have overlooked it, but I was terribly dissatisfied with the service. For health reasons I cannot drink while eating and being mocked by the waiter (Emanuele) in front of colleagues and customers was rather unpleasant, regardless of the fact that it was clearly visible. I had a good memory of the place, but after this experience we will definitely not return and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go if these are the assumptions. Also keeping in mind that it is not the customer who has to ask for bread, paying 3 euros per person for the cover charge. As a restaurant worker for several years and knowing the job I expected more professionalism, respect and courtesy. Too bad. Total disappointment.

25/04/2025: Very good selection of pizza and sensational desserts. Especially the lemon sorbet and the tiramisu are highly recommended.

04/04/2025: The pastries are delicious, it's just a shame when you go to breakfast in the morning and you're alone sitting at the tables outside, the girls don't give you a shit... (and it's already happened twice), the first time I waited half an hour and then they came to take the order, the second time I left because I didn't have time to stay there all morning... and it happened even though the place was half empty when I arrived.

09/03/2025: Ho assaggiato davvero una torta di compleanno innovativa con un impatto visivo stupendo oltre alla bontà della Torta stessa. E un piacere che ci siamo ancora aziende cosi serie tornero sicuramente a riassaggiare le vostre produzioni.

19/07/2025: I went to this place with my boyfriend and I ate ravioli with ragù and tagliolini with mussels which were exceptional. The only flaw was that it was too crowded and the quality/price ratio was top notch!!

15/07/2025: Simply fantastic Michelin-starred cuisine, casual and relaxed. The food was first-class. The portions were just right, not too small, so you could enjoy the dishes to your heart's content. The dessert with the frozen lemon ice cream was a real wow! experience. You had to crack it open with a spoon, then you had a liquid and a solid center, plus the chocolate coating...a dream.

09/06/2025: Great expectations and a lot of disappointment, both in the dishes which in my opinion are not stellar and above all in the management, absolutely not up to par.

Beautiful internal courtyard in the historic center (perhaps the most beautiful spot in the village next to the church), quality Ligurian cuisine, generous portions and artistic touch in the city of ceramics. Compliments to the new management, you can see the difference compared to the previous one…

23/06/2025: I went to buy two fruit cakes for my 30th wedding anniversary. I ordered them two days in advance for delivery on the day of the party on time. They also offered to accompany me to the car because they were afraid I wouldn't be able to carry them both. They weighed about 1.8kg each and were truly exceptional. See photo. The fruit had been chosen methodically, colorful and very carefully. The custard and shortcrust pastry were very very good. If you are looking for a pastry shop in the Arenzano, Cogoleto, Varazze area I recommend these guys who are truly good. I received compliments from all the guests at the party. The place also does coffee bar brioche and the desserts such as the baci di dama that I saw in the window were very attractive. I will return to try them. Congratulations to the efforts of these entrepreneurs. The only small flaw may be the parking which is sometimes not in front of the restaurant but if you continue north-east for another 300 meters there are many parking spaces on the left. 17/06/2025: Pizzeria in one of the streets of the Spezia promenade. Friendly staff and fast service. Good quality products and diverse offer. Excellent option for a quick and healthy meal, with friends or alone. Fairly reasonable prices. On summer days there is the possibility of sitting outside.

16/07/2025: Siamo stati da Cantiere Goloso a Genova e ne siamo usciti davvero soddisfatti! Un posto perfetto per chi ama i piccoli piaceri golosi, dalla colazione alla merenda. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse cose: pizzette fragranti, davvero ben fatte, con una base soffice ma non pesante e condimenti gustosi. I cookies sono stati una vera sorpresa: morbidi al centro, croccanti ai bordi, ricchi di cioccolato, come fatti in casa. Si sente che usano ingredienti di qualità. L’atmosfera è accogliente e il personale gentile e disponibile. Un locale curato nei dettagli, ideale per una pausa veloce o per prendersi un momento di dolcezza. Se siete in zona e avete voglia di qualcosa di buono, Cantiere Goloso è una tappa che vale la pena fare!

24/06/2025: Siamo venuti a Il Testo Bianco con amici per far loro assaggiare i tipici panigacci, fidandoci della fama del locale e della familiarità con i gestori. L’inizio è stato tranquillo: alcuni hanno ordinato la pizza, altri il tris di testaroli, e noi tre porzioni di panigacci con salumi. Peccato che i famosi panigacci siano spariti dal tavolo dopo neanche dieci minuti: i cestini si sono svuotati subito e da lì è iniziata una serata surreale. Abbiamo chiesto più volte, con cortesia, di poter avere altri panigacci (come prevedibile e normale, visto che fanno parte della portata), ma la cameriera non ha mai portato nulla. Solo dopo oltre un’ora e mezza è comparso un cestino misero con quattro panigacci in totale, da dividere tra più persone. A quel punto, vista l’attesa insensata, ho chiesto spiegazioni direttamente alla titolare. In risposta, il marito ha perso completamente il controllo, dando in escandescenze davanti a tutti: urla, improperi e atteggiamento aggressivo, con il cuoco che sbraitava a sua volta dalla sua postazione. Uno spettacolo indegno, soprattutto per chi gestisce un’attività che dovrebbe puntare all’accoglienza e al rispetto dei clienti. La maleducazione, la mancanza di organizzazione e il totale disinteresse per chi siede ai tavoli rendono questo locale una scelta da evitare. Non basta avere un prodotto tipico se poi manca completamente la capacità di gestire un servizio con professionalità. Un consiglio? Se volete mangiare panigacci e vivere una serata serena, andate altrove. Qui si rischia solo di restare a stomaco vuoto… e con l’amaro in bocca.
