On vacation in Chiavari for the April 25th long weekend, we went for dinner twice. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the space was spacious enough for my son in a wheelchair.

I went to Vera Napoli and chose to break away from the classic pizza... a perfect choice. I had a truly excellent baked sea bream: fresh fish, perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful without being heavy. You could taste the quality of the ingredients. The scialatielli in crosta were a surprise: a unique dish, well-executed, with a balance of flavors that never tires and makes you want to finish every last bite. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, the service attentive but never intrusive. A place where you don't just eat well, but you can also sense their passion for what they do. I'll definitely be back to try more.

Restaurant and pizzeria located on the Chiavari seafront. A truly welcoming place. The entire staff is professional and friendly. The pizza is truly excellent. A must try.

Il Tempio del Cioccolato

12/04/2026: Much effort is being made to improve Via Cornigliano. It's a long way from completion and I hope it will be successful because this pastry emporium and "temple of chocolate" merits a better setting. We were passing by and we're attracted by the window display. Inside, we found the pastries we chose to be absolutely delicious. We shall definitely return.
