20/07/2025: Rooms are passable, dinner is average but overpriced at €50 per person, we were dining in a great restaurant! Breakfast is average. Garage charges €30, but it doesn't exist because it's 1 km away. Overall, the only nice thing was the kindness of the waitress who served us really well.

22/06/2025: First and last time. I ordered tagliatelle with mushrooms after asking if they were porcini mushrooms and it was confirmed and instead they were linguine with mixed mushrooms like a bag of frozen foods, cooked very well but the porcini mushrooms are something else and so are the tagliatelle. The grilled vegetables were fillets of peppers in oil and 4 slices of grilled aubergines. Service without bread and I ordered a portion of panigacci to accompany the chiodi (very good testo sausage) and they brought me 2 panigacci (but really 2) for the modest sum of 6 euros. I finished lunch with a coffee for the price of €1.90 taken standing at the counter. I was out and a strong smell of sewage accompanied my lunch. Unacceptable!!! I have had lunch many times in Brugnato and you eat really well everywhere. Today my favourite inn with typical products and with a very good quality/price ratio was full and I tried this little restaurant that could be a gem if managed differently. With great regret but I feel it is right to leave my review.

14/05/2025: I could start by explaining where and how he chooses the meat, I could tell you about the meticulousness with which he chooses the type of bread best suited to his burgers, or I could tell you about how tempted I was to ask for a piece of raw sausage, because it was so good... instead I'll tell you that I wanted to post a photo but after the first bite I couldn't stay less than two centimeters away from that explosion of joy and egg yolk that was my sandwich. I discovered Otto Kraus by chance, on a business trip to Genoa and, please, for your own good, don't miss the chance to taste and try this type of approach to burgers. Truly one of the best I've ever tasted. And don't even consider the negative comments, the helpfulness and kindness of the owner are values ​​that are hard to find nowadays, even for those who work in contact with the public.

07/05/2025: Auf unserer Italienreise genossen wir mehrere Male die wunderbare Küche der Caciosteria Umbra in Riva Trigoso. Daneben assen wir auch sehr gut in Umbrien und der Toskana, aber umso mehr wurde klar dass dieses Restaurant in Bezug auf Qualität und Auswahl sicherlich zu den besten Restaurants in Italien gehört. Daneben gibt es eine wunderbare Auswahl an umbrischen und toskanischen Weinen. Corrado und sein Team sind wirklich fantastisch!!!!!

13/02/2025: Let me start by saying... it's a lunchtime spot....in fact, it's closed in the evenings...the food quality and value are excellent...normal portion sizes...there are 3 menu options. 10 euros for a first course (choice of 4-5), their own bottled water (sparkling or sparkling), 1 dessert (choice of 5-6), bread 12 euros for a second course, 1 side dish (choice of 3-4), 1 dessert, water and bread 14 euros for a first course, 1 second course, 1 side dish, 1 dessert, water and bread Coffee: 1 EUR0...excellent and plentiful.

07/06/2025: The place is really nice, simple but very comfortable. The food is very tasty and not the usual things. Starting from the miserable portions, obscene to say the least. I took the tortellini, on my plate there were 10 COUNTED. For 13 euros I do not expect dishes from the New Year's Eve, but the right amount. And then the waitress, an air of superiority, of the either or nothing type. I will definitely not return, so as not to feel like a burden.

16/04/2025: Great little neighborhood restaurant, lots of locals and family atmosphere, excellent value for money, a first course of pasta with either tomato or pesto sauce, second course of a meatball stuffed with eggplant and cheese, where meat is served with a plate of salad or a bean dish, a delight. For only €13 per menu. The menu changes every day to do without hesitation.

23/06/2025: Very slow service, we ordered a sea bream for 2 and they brought us only one sea bream, saying that it was a portion for 2 people, so if 1 person ordered, they would get half a sea bream, the potatoes were unsalted, the bread was hard and old, we asked for beers and they only had 2 and they brought us hot water
