At the end of the evening, we wanted to keep a friend company while she was alone waiting for her partner, who was assisting the slightly tipsy groom, and they kicked us out. First, they said the cars had to be taken outside. So we took the car outside, tried to walk in, and this lady came towards us, shouting that we had to leave and closing the gate in our faces. I really would have given it 5 stars, but this hysterical lunatic doesn't even know what customer service and empathy are.

We went down to Rome to visit the city but above all to have dinner at Bruno's and meet him in person. My children fell in love with it ever since they saw "Kitchen Nightmares," and we gave them a super surprise. Bruno, we say THANK YOU because as soon as you arrived, you took photos and videos with my children, giving them a gift. You are a person who makes you feel at home, part of the family. You are friendly, nice, a joker, helpful, and to be appreciated both for your work and for what you do for others (which perhaps many don't know). A friend of yours who was there that evening told us a little about your story. The food was excellent, of excellent quality, even too much in abundance! Thanks, Bruno, we will definitely come back to visit you!
