04/05/2025: We had a great time, excellent quality especially of the meat but also the homemade pasta was really excellent. Very friendly owner, plentiful dishes and to top it off a really convenient bill. We will definitely be back!

16/05/2025: So, I vote artisanal Ascolane olives, 71/2 excellent quality, but they work too much on the breading, supplì, 10, perfect, wonderful pizza, 10 and praise It's a place to return to and recommend pizza as we like it thin crispy, rich and excellent quality Great they accepted our dogs (perfect)

21/09/2024: Delightful and welcoming place, with a family atmosphere. Very friendly staff and very affordable pizza menu. I recommend the pizza trays and the fried food (traditional supplì with ragú and Roman fried calzone). There is also the possibility of the 8 euro aperitif formula. One of the best and softest pizzas tasted in Grottaferrata.

13/09/2024: ...We've been getting pizza here for years, the dough and quality are excellent.... Inside there is a comfortable room with tables where you can eat.... The managers are welcoming and very nice, I recommend it to everyone!

31/05/2025: €32 3 simple pizzas of which €8 a tasteless Margherita disc and €10 a boiled potato (when I was told baked). €2 for supplì...smaller than a croquette and with an indefinable flavor. 15 minute wait for such a small takeaway. Highly not recommended. Crazy prices for the quality of the food/ambience.

22/05/2025: I was at this restaurant last night for dinner. The interior is well-kept, with a balanced atmosphere, but there is a detail that I have only experienced here so far: when heavy vehicles pass on the road, the vibrations are practically transmitted into the room and can be annoying. The service is friendly. I have to give special praise to the scottona steak, which is one of the best I have ever tried. The only questionable thing is the services, you have to go outside and walk through part of the building to get in. I recommend it anyway.

01/06/2025: Very friendly hosts, with very good burgers. We sat outside for dinner and enjoyed the view and the beautiful ambiance. The burgers were very large and really delicious; I definitely recommend them. The food and drinks arrived quickly, and the service was really great. We were very helpful with any questions we had. We would love to come back.

18/04/2025: When you enter Peccati di Gola, you immediately feel at home. You are welcomed by Ennio and Simona, two wonderful people with a big heart. With their friendliness and professionalism, they make you live a heavenly experience. Not to mention Chiara, a true connoisseur of wines, will recommend the right one to pair with every type of dish. Beyond her skill, Chiara has a sweetness and friendliness that immediately puts you at ease. Last but not least, the food. The freshness, quality, plating and goodness cannot be described in words. I have never tasted such spectacular dishes! If you want to try an experience of total pleasure, come to Peccati di Gola, you won't regret it!

04/01/2025: Overlooking the abbey is this pizzeria by the slice which also makes round pizzas to take away. Supplì among the best (if not the best) ever eaten. Wide choice of pizza slices, with the possibility of filling them with excellent cooked dishes (friarielli, broccoli, aubergines, potatoes,...). Very kind and above all very smiling staff! Prices more than fair. Highly recommended

23/11/2024: Pizza and toppings really excellent, there are slices to fill and compose with toppings always inviting and very tasty, even the homemade supplì really very good!

16/05/2025: Well-executed and not predictable appetizers. Delicious fried cod; octopus cbt executed to perfection. Mixed sushi to discover; Linguine with sea urchins risotto and really well creamed, cooked al dente, a shame a little too spicy. Fresh, tasty Catalana of shellfish, firm shellfish, just seared on the grill. Really pleasant desserts... we tried the mango cheesecake (and the fruit was very ripe) and a rosemary creme brulee that I accompanied with a slightly peated Yamazakura whisky, the Kenya variant coffee was served with a mix of sweet tastings and Belgian chocolate...attentive service. Compliments.

11/05/2025: The place is well-kept and beautiful to look at, it already starts off well on the surface so... the staff are courteous and attentive, kind, smiling and ready to help! The food... what can I say... very fresh fish of the highest quality, everything good from starters to desserts, an unforgettable experience!

12/04/2025: All'asino d'oro ci si sente veramente a casa, il posto è molto carino e mai affollato o troppo rumoroso, lo chef e penso proprietario è una persona molto educata ed ospitale, abbiamo mangiato bene ed è stato un piacere scambiare con lui quattro chiacchiere. Eravamo a Grottaferrata per lavoro e per pochi giorni ma ci è piaciuto a tal punto che siamo tornati, grazie Martino!

19/04/2025: Bella location dive il proprietario è sempre pronto ad accogliere e consigliare i clienti. Buone le quantità nei piatti. La qualità/ freschezza non eccelle ma siamo ai castelli romani e non sul mare. Tutto sonmato lo consiglio eccetto per i dolci che secondo me non sono un granché.

02/04/2025: When you say you ate fish in Grottaferrata you absolutely cannot think of a place other than "da Gastone". Excellent cuisine, as well as the well-stocked cellar, without forgetting the always courteous and attentive service. And what can we say about the pizza: real Roman pizza. Luca, the owner, is always alert and ready to accommodate every request. Must try

28/04/2025: For me, Villa Monte D'oro is much more than a location and this review will certainly not be enough to describe what it leaves in my heart.. it is beauty, emotions, people.. it took weeks to realize how beautiful it was to get married in this magnificent timeless Roman Villa, where the ancient mixes with the wise experiences of modern management and that feeling of "I would do it again 1000 times" remains within you! Federica, Giasmin, Rodrigo and all the staff were impeccable! And Marco who delighted us with his dishes that combine innovation and tradition. A MAGNIFICENT Villa, seeing is believing!!

23/05/2025: Friendly and familiar atmosphere, excellent food...a special appreciation for the tiramisu. A group of friends from Ancona on a trip to the Castelli Romani...we entered by chance and returned to taste other traditional dishes...everything perfect, congratulations.

27/04/2025: A sure thing for an aperitif or lunch/dinner. The interiors have unusual furnishings, they remind me of the lounges and clubs of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In the center of Grottaferrata. Quality dishes, whatever you choose. Particularly noteworthy is the Fondi mixed starter. Despite being a Saturday evening, excellent service; even though we ordered different dishes (pizza/meat), they arrived together, which is always an aspect that makes the difference. If you can't find parking in the square, just go to the one in Piazza della Croce Rossa, a few minutes on foot and go back up towards the place while walking along the main street of the town.

24/04/2025: Three teas, a half liter bottle of water €16.50 without even a biscuit, they didn't even bring us lemon, we had to ask for it... It seems expensive to me!
