06/04/2024: Let me start by saying that before this evening I had been on several occasions and the opinion had been positive, even bringing friends from outside Rome. But tonight total disappointment!!! And I had my first suspicion from the semi-empty place for being a Saturday night. Let's start with bruschetta, a slice of bread with tomatoes without oil, without salt and without a piece of basil. Then we ordered 2 carbonare, egg not "tied" to anything, with bacon passed off as bacon, without pecorino etc... but the most serious thing is that I sent the dish back almost entire and no one asked me why, from the waiter to the chef!!! I have photos of everything, ah bread and cover, paid, but without bread! If I forgot... oh well! I paid the bill and asked if they had changed management? They say no!!!!

04/03/2024: We live nearby and I regret not having met him sooner. Cozy environment. We took suppli (fantastic), bruschetta with tomato and olive cream (delicious), courgette flowers (very crunchy and delicious) and pizzas. We were amazed by the lightness of the pizzas... crispy and "FABULOUS". Luca is a very nice and professional guy. We are now friends and I will visit him very often. TOP place in the Castelli Romani.

09/03/2024: I came to this restaurant thanks to the advice of some friends. The premise is that I am celiac, and usually this always represents an obstacle but not in this restaurant. From the moment of booking I understood the great preparation and competence of the owner who reassured me regarding my dietary needs. The place is charming, the attention to detail is obsessive but the truly exceptional thing was the food. Very high quality ingredients. I ate sushi and ramen specially revisited according to my needs. I divinely ate everything gluten-free, all prepared with attention to me. The service was excellent, all the waiters were kind and extremely attentive towards me. Not only will I return but I highly recommend you try this restaurant because it's really worth it!

05/02/2024: Modern and refined location, with fantastic service and hospitality... unique dishes not only in appearance but also in taste! It combines Italian and Japanese cuisine in an excellent way! There's really little to say...my favorite restaurant!

27/02/2024: We celebrated our wedding here right after the pandemic (September 2021). It was love at first sight! Even though we then continued our search for locations, our heart remained in that enchanting place, out of time. The welcome of Sonia, Giorgina, the owner and all the staff confirmed our choice. The wedding took place in the best possible way, in an intimate atmosphere full of smiles. It was just as we had dreamed. The chosen menu satisfied all palates and the tasting of liqueurs inside the cave was greatly enjoyed. I would like to get married again (always to Daniele!) so I can celebrate with you again!

21/02/2024: Sunday lunch with the family, a very abundant and varied starter, taking advantage of the winter season I had polenta with sauce and sausages (it could be one of the wishes of a person sentenced to death), others repeated the cannelloni and already the word repeated says it all ...then unfortunately there are physiological limits, fresh and homemade desserts ...the dishes are really plentiful, I recommend: go there hungry!!!...I would define the type of cuisine as "homemade" and of good quality, the price is right, fast service, friendliness and friendliness...it's worth taking a little trip out of town, you are in the Castelli Romani park...

13/01/2024: Impossible to go back to eating the "supplì" I usually ate, after trying these supplì! Unique, never eaten so good. Sympathy, kindness and quality! We will definitely return and recommend it. Compliments!!!

01/01/2024: At the Badia in front of the San Nilo Abbey in Grottaferrata, I have been coming there for several years now and I never stop getting tired, because here the customizable pizza slices are out of this world and the raw materials used are of the highest quality. Matteo and his sister are always very kind and very sociable, and it is always a pleasure to eat with them and taste their pizza. A great thing to try is their special supplì which are something unique. Congratulations indeed for everything👏
