Ristorante Da Uccia In Grottaferrata

I came to this restaurant thanks to the advice of some friends. The premise is that I am celiac, and usually this always represents an obstacle but not in this restaurant. From the moment of booking I understood the great preparation and competence of the owner who reassured me regarding my dietary needs. The place is charming, the attention to detail is obsessive but the truly exceptional thing was the food. Very high quality ingredients. I ate sushi and ramen specially revisited according to my needs. I divinely ate everything gluten-free, all prepared with attention to me. The service was excellent, all the waiters were kind and extremely attentive towards me. Not only will I return but I highly recommend you try this restaurant because it's really worth it!

Modern and refined location, with fantastic service and hospitality... unique dishes not only in appearance but also in taste! It combines Italian and Japanese cuisine in an excellent way! There's really little to say...my favorite restaurant!

Sensazionale, è stato tutto perfetto! Non capisco come sia possibile che questo locale non abbia ancora una stella michelin. Consigliatissimo!!

Ho sbagliato nell' inserimento delle stelle e non ho completato la recensione. Il mio era un giudizio eccellente (ovvero 5) mi permetta di valutare 4 stelle per il commento poco elegante che ha fatto. Non è il nostro caso, perché abbiamo mangiato benissimo in un ambiente confortevole e cordiale, ma nel caso non avessimo gradito forse avrebbe potuto cercare di capire il perché o, quantomeno, utilizzare uno stile diverso.
