01/04/2024: You must go there, at least once in your life unmissable!!! Everything was excellent from starters to desserts, all homemade. In particular, I recommend the porchetta ravioli and the coratella. For the first time in my life I ate pasta and bread, because the bottom of the ravioli... I couldn't leave it there. The coratella was plated like a gourmet dish and it turned out to be one too, a true delicacy. Compliments to the owner and also to the friendly and kind staff, a romantic atmosphere, but also one that leads to conviviality. We will definitely be back

07/04/2024: I discovered it years ago by chance and was pleasantly surprised and it remains my favourite. A restaurant that amazes every time with the originality and quality of the dishes offered, the courtesy of the staff, the intimate and light atmosphere of the place.

14/03/2024: This is certainly a place to visit whenever you're in Frascati. A restaurant where you can enjoy an affordable and excellent meal. Focus on the entrees and the "secondi" and you won't be disappointed. Some doubts on a few of the pasta dishes. Have the manager explain what you're about to eat and drink! Apart from the nice conversation, you'll also learn a few things on the terroirs in Lazio that provide the food and wines. All in all we spent a lovely evening and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It's a small restaurant so don't expect a huge menu. The sweets are interesting and their version of Sacher cake is delicious.

08/03/2024: Un'esperienza indimenticabile. Atmosfera accogliente, calda e romantica. Personale molto garbato, preparato, gentile e professionale. Francesco, che ci ha seguito tra una portata è l'altra, è stato veramente impeccabile. Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso due antipasti, un primo, un secondo ed un dolce ed ogni portata era veramente buona e si presentava davvero bene. Il piatto che mi ha maggiormente stupito è stato il gelato di seppia, un piatto dal gusto molto provocatorio, ma bilanciato in modo eccelso: chef ti prego di non toglierlo dal menù perchè potrebbe essere uno dei cavalli di battaglia della location! Tartare di gambero delicata ma dal sapore deciso, pacchero molto bel equilibrato nei sapori. Il dolce, pavlova ai frutti di bosco, una piacevole sorpresa. Un gusto ben equilibrato! Ci tornerò con mia moglie sicuramente, sia per la qualità e la bontà delle portate, sia per il servizio. Prezzo giusto per la location e per la qualità del cibo, secondo me anche basso per ciò che viene offerto.

24/03/2024: Near the covered market square in Frascati, there is this little place, with a lovely internal room and a small external dehor, present in the warm months. We had a nice breakfast of pancakes, waffles and porridge, as well as plant-based cappuccinos, double cappuccinos with cow's milk and more. On the counter there are delicious desserts on display, which I will certainly come back to taste, having been able to do so on other occasions. I also recommend this place for its herbal teas and I point out that the menu also includes savory dishes, for a possible lunch.

10/03/2024: Walking in the heart of the historic center of Frascati, among the narrow alleys, you find Koru caffè set like a precious gem on the rough rock. Leave all certainties, you who enter! This is not the classic "bar" where you can grab a quick coffee and run away. It is also a place where the mind calms down and the senses are transported by the soul of this place which speaks of distant and unknown countries from which come the innumerable choices of tea and very fine coffee blends accompanied by those desserts that recall, with their that rural flavour, the simplicity that only our grandmothers knew how to make us savor.

29/03/2024: We went with some university colleagues (about 30) to this restaurant, even arriving 45 minutes late, and we encountered incredible friendliness and a familiarity that certainly warmed our hearts and certainly made us start our journey in the best possible way. visit to Lazio. We were welcomed by an avalanche of exquisite appetizers that never ended (which I say in the most positive sense possible), unlimited wine and abundant portions of the three iconic first courses of Lazio cuisine: Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and Amatriciana. I must say that the carbonare was quite mediocre, unfortunately, but the amatriciana and cacio e pepe were fabulous. The desserts aren't bad either. Given how, how much and what we ate, the price (30 euros per person, POS or cash) is absolutely adequate. A truly beautiful evening, and especially for us who come from Genoa, the warmth with which we were welcomed and served despite our great delay had a truly pleasant effect on us. Congratulations again and we will definitely look forward to returning.
