Pizzeria by the slice in the center of Frascati.
The restaurant seats about 4-5 inside, and I personally ordered takeout and ate it in the sun on a bench.
Excellent dough, ingredients, and pairings.
The pizza pictured, plus classic supplì and half a liter of water, was about 13 euros.
The price was also excellent.

I had two fried foods, one Tonnarello alla carbonara and the other a pulled pork meatball. The Tonnarello, considering it was cold because it was exposed, wasn't bad, the breading remained crunchy, the pasta was a little overcooked but that's okay, it's a good product. What disappointed me instead was the pulled pork meatball as it tasted almost like something blended in the mouth, it wasn't frayed but almost like mush, here too the nature remained thick and crunchy.
