05/05/2025: I am very happy to share this experience, because I had asked for information at a service station on where to eat excellent first courses and they suggested Il Caminetto. We booked by telephone, we were two families with 4 adults and 4 children, they welcomed us in this room with a fireplace in the center lit (it will be beautiful in winter, but in May it starts to get hot 😅, but we opened a window due to the problem). However, to make a long story short but not too long, we ordered the typical first courses of Rome including carbonara, cacio e pepe and tagliatelle with meat sauce. It was all S-Q-U-I-S-I-T-O, the carbonara was the real thing and the cacio e pepe was exceptional, never eaten so good. It's a shame that I chose short sleeves, sure that with spaghetti it would have been the best. We took two mixed meats, very good apart from the sirloin was a little too dry, the rest was really good. As a side dish they brought us two portions of french fries, and they were fresh, not the usual frozen ones. Half a liter of house red wine, just to accompany the meat and the first courses. In summary, 7 first courses, two mixed meats, two fried potatoes, half a wine, 4 water, 3 canned cokes plus covers, we spent €150, I think that is a more than fair price. We were very happy with the dinner, also because the next day the carbonara in a restaurant in central Rome was with cream... and I'll stop here. The only thing, the place is a little dated, but between a nice place and a good dish, I prefer the latter. Until next time, greetings from Naples. 01/05/2025: Very relaxing atmosphere in a very green context. The service was a little slow in the presence of so many people but still always friendly. Very good food. Very recommended. PS: internal parking which doesn't hurt at all and with a beautiful view of the surrounding natural context.

It really feels like being by the sea even though we are in Frascati, both for the decor and for the exquisite and fresh food! Very friendly, helpful, attentive and smiling staff. 15/05/2025: I went for dinner and I was very satisfied. The service was fast and kind, we really liked the environment characterized by different rooms with different "themes". The food was very good and abundant in terms of portions (in the case of the first courses) and size (in the case of the sushi). It surprised me and I think I will definitely go back!

We were welcomed by Mr. Elvezio in an impeccable manner, a professionalism that is difficult to find, also combined with friendliness and kindness. Delicious food starting with the appetizer: from the first bite you immediately understand the very high quality of the products offered. A special thank you for the (fake 😊) chicks that were given to my little one. Seadas, limoncello cream and myrtle delicious! Worth trying without a doubt. 30/05/2025: We left Rome after seeing a post by Panella, yes fb, full of expectations about freshness, fragrance etc… arrived around 12:30… desert… lady of a certain “experience” intent on her own business, short wait, then she served me. Pizza with mortadella, a bit stale, cold and rubbery!!… cold but crunchy red pizza tongues, these felt that they were quite recently cooked… what can I say…. Disappointment….

Dopo aver ricevuto il pacco di Pasqua, sorvolando che tutti i prodotti erano ammassati tra di loro, capisco la spedizione ma trovare i prodotti schiacciati, biscotti ridotti a farina e il pane al cioccolato ammuffito è stato deludente, cerco di informare il mittente ma nessuna risposta, dopo un mese scorporo che mi hanno addebitato un altro pacco con altri prodotti che non ho ordinato. Chiamo, scrivo mail, scrivo in posta certificata ma nessuna risposta. Vis tipo il tacito, spero che almeno abbiano letto la mail, ma invece Dopo alcune settimane mi contatta il corriere dicendomi che c’è un pacco da Forno Ceralli, indubbiamente non accetto e rispedisco al mittente. Almeno avere la decenza di rispondere al telefono o alle mail.

It's as if you were at home, nothing superfluous, no sophistry, managed by young people who have been able to find and use the best authenticity to begin with and above all using simple raw materials as they were originally created and using them as they were born. 12/02/2025: Excellent family-run pizzeria by the slice! Simple and very refined dough. Various flavours, and bread and stuffed pizzas also available. Artisanal fried foods. Coffee tables available, I like them very much.

29/05/2025: I smelled the scent from afar and followed its trail until I reached the ancient Senzacqua bakery.... I entered, a surprise and a variety of biscuits of unique goodness. Anyone passing through Frascati cannot help but visit us.
