13/09/2025: I was walking along the street when I was enveloped by the scent of sweets... and to my surprise, I saw this workshop full of delicious creations. So far, I've enjoyed the filled shortcrust pastry (my favorite), and I have to admit, they're the best I've ever had in Gaeta! I'll definitely be back to try everything else.

28/08/2025: Drawn by the comments I read online, I decided to try these famous fried bombs. I went to Via dell'Indipendenza 79, where their small shop sells baked goods for breakfast (croissants, bombs, sfogliatelle, donuts, and various biscuits). I tried the bombs with custard...I expected more given the excellent reviews! The cream was sticky (probably made with flour as a thickener), and the dough was soft, but with a bland flavor. It's a shame, because you can see and taste that the production is fresh and artisanal. A little more attention to these small details and the 5-star rating is definitely within reach.

19/10/2025: The only positive thing is the frozen fish view, spaghetti with clams with 70% of the clams empty, we won't be back.

18/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and I agree with the positive reviews we'd read. Everything was perfect. Stefano is a very kind person and his professionalism made us feel at home. If you want to eat seafood and enjoy a beautiful view, I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: A very quiet place with all the amenities, including parking, hot and cold showers, bathrooms, changing rooms, a bar, a restaurant, and plenty of space between the umbrellas.

11/10/2025: Very friendly staff, but the food was nothing special.

12/09/2025: A simple bar, convenient for a typical Italian breakfast. The cappuccino and pistachio cornetti are delicious.

07/11/2025: Passing through Gaeta, I decided to stop for dinner here. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, the atmosphere elegant yet understated, and the food excellent. I think the prices are fair. See you soon.

17/10/2025: Refusal to serve on the terrace at 1:45 p.m. ... if you are not from the area, go a little further down the street, you will be well received

25/08/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and warm, exceptionally peaceful; despite the fairly busy road in front, we didn't hear a single car pass by. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and displays a singular passion for his craft. During dinner, he explained in detail the provenance and uniqueness of every single ingredient used in the dishes. Not being a wine expert, I took his advice and, if I could, I would have ordered two more bottles of that wine (a Palombo Bianco delle Chiaie). All this for a price so low it seems like a steal. I've already started recommending the wine shop to everyone I know and will definitely be back; it's worth it to try every dish on the menu.

25/06/2025: Stopped into this restaurant based on the reviews and so glad we did. My wife and I were the only customers inside. The owner took great care of us! He curated the wine list and offered a great recommendation! The food was excellent and the service was even better. I highly recommend stopping in here for some wonderful food and better Italian hospitality!

01/11/2025: We return every year for the full menu. Kindness and friendliness are the hallmarks! Fixed price including appetizer, first course, second course, and wine.

01/10/2025: When you want to make a good impression... We went to this place driven by the desire for an aperitif, and after sitting down, a strange indifference began on the part of the staff... After overcoming the initial impasse, the menus arrived... we asked for a bottle of prosecco and some appetizers and were immediately told that we either chose what was on the menu or they would bring us chips and olives.... Considering that we were going to dinner later, we opted for the latter, and indeed, not long after, we received a small bowl of chips and 7 olives (not even from Gaeta) for 4 people.... Our host, after a quick consideration, asked if it was possible to add something to these "abundant" appetizers, and so, after consulting the menu again, we opted for a portion of eggplant parmigiana, asking if it was possible to have it portioned, a request that was immediately censored by the staff as they only serve it in an earthenware dish!... That's fine... the long-awaited dish from our foreign guest arrives, and immediately we all feel a strong sense of relief. Burnt smell... honestly, I was ashamed of being Italian, and even our guest, accustomed to eating pseudo-Italian dishes, complained. All that was left was to feast our palates with prosecco... a good bottle for 8, €90 online, but we all know that there are costs at sit-down restaurants... practically room temperature, with everything (at least this) served in a bucket with ice... Ending the long and monotonous discussion... if you don't want to do your job, let others do it... you have a location that alone allows you to make a living, but maybe you're so busy making money that you don't even notice. Personally, I don't recommend it, but BE CAREFUL, THIS IS SIMPLY MY OPINION BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

26/10/2025: The place was inedible because of the flies and the food was also inedible. I don't know because I'm not a big fan of fish or because of the food itself. The only good thing was the frozen chips and the pasta.
