Highly recommended! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The selection of products, both food and beverages, is excellent. The outdoor space is welcoming and well-maintained, perfect for a pleasant, relaxing moment. I recommend this experience to anyone in Gaeta!

We wanted a quick lunch and had heard about Bar Triestina.
When we arrived, we were immediately struck by the beautiful garden.
The cafeteria was well stocked, but after talking to the staff, they told us they were offering the first course of the day.
Linguina with monkfish. We took their advice and sat down...a glass of prosecco, an antipasto with some delicious anchovy meatballs, and finally the pasta arrived. A fantastic linguina...delicious!! Cherry tomatoes and chunks of super fresh fish.
Truly a surprise! Fantastic.
We'll definitely be back.

Arriving in Gaets at 10:30 PM, we were wondering where to eat. We stopped in Triestina, where we were greeted with a smiling, "Of course you can have dinner!" Overjoyed, we sat in the beautiful garden and asked if everything on the menu was available, given the time. Still smiling, we were greeted with a reply, "Of course, you can have whatever you want!"
We took Rita's advice, and she suggested a local fish (pescegna) baked with potatoes. One word: DELICIOUS!!
Perfectly cooked, very fresh, and with crispy, tasty potatoes.
A homemade ice cream to finish the meal off perfectly.
Thank you for everything.
We'll definitely be back to try your fried fish!

Top of the bars very kind staff I saw such a compact and smiling group I went at different times and I have to say that they are very fast faster than the cashier never seen anything like it. First time in Gaeta and I feel at home here Tony fantastic too but too kind I recommend this place

A truly positive experience. We were here and had a wonderful time in every way. We had gelato, cocktails, and a platter, and everything was greatly appreciated: good products, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere.
A special thanks goes to Francesca, who served us with rare kindness, great professionalism, and a natural ability to make us feel immediately at ease. She was attentive, helpful, and impeccable in her work, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Very welcoming outdoor location, polite staff, excellent freshly baked croissants but unfortunately they don't know where the granita is at home, only 3 flavors, I tried coffee and cream and strawberry and cream, not classifiable, there is still a lot of work to do
