01/06/2025: I just had a tea in passing while waiting for my husband to park the car. The lady at the counter was very nice and friendly.

06/04/2025: A very nice sandwich bar located in the center of Gaeta. On Saturday evenings there is always karaoke. Excellent food, staff always friendly. It is also very convenient for parking.

28/06/2025: Customers for years, I've been missing for a while, shame about the drop in quality, mussel soup (small mussels), seafood risotto, super generous portions but too salty. Excellent pizza

26/06/2025: Apart from the welcome bruschetta. We had the mixed grill (€21) well! disappointment (farmed sea bream, a prawn, a prawn and a piece of squid) Perhaps a slightly more mixed grill. Peppered mussels (not very meaty €8) Industrial desserts. Will we go back? Maybe to try the first courses... I don't know!

21/07/2025: During the summer, Ciccillo's winery uses an outdoor space within the ruins of the ancient 8th-century Church of San Salvatore. It's a truly enchanting location. The restaurant's indoor spaces are located within an ancient cellar, complete with an ancient cistern and millstone. It's the ideal place to savor medieval Gaeta. The service is excellent, and the staff and owner are equally kind. We tried the tielle, the starters were very good; perhaps I expected something more for the dessert. Overall, the place is enchanting, and I highly recommend it.

20/07/2025: My partner and I had dinner at this restaurant and had a wonderful evening. We chose two fantastic first courses: the chicche with clams and the tonnarelli with squid ink! The service was pleasant, extremely kind, and very knowledgeable! We'll definitely be back!!

19/07/2025: As you can tell from the photo, I tried the stuffed calamari first, then decided to post a review. They were delicious, no doubt about it. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. We returned to Emilio's a year later. The rating remained unchanged, so excellent. The dishes have changed, but not the quality.

10/06/2025: Passing by, we stopped for a snack. A surprise, very kind owners, excellent tiella. We had one with octopus and one with escarole, modest prices but quality products.

02/07/2025: The food is good, the restaurant is made welcoming thanks to the two girls who serve, on the other hand the owner was gloomy, definitely tired. The only flaw for the first course was the 30 minute wait. We didn't take the second course otherwise we would have been late for an appointment. 02/07/2025: Romantic place, clean, very attentive and accurate service and "mise en place". Well-cooked dishes, right portions and price that respects the beautiful location and the quality of the whole! Without a doubt a restaurant to highly recommend for those looking for a beautiful atmosphere among the alleys of old Gaeta and do not want to give up the quality of the food! I highly recommend booking!

22/06/2025: I went there with my family, I asked a friend I met on the beach if he knew a little place to spend the right amount.... believe me I ate and spent very little, It is very rustic and good, I ranged from fish to grilled meat. Don't expect haute cuisine.... traditional cuisine and with good prices. Vito the owner's son is a kind and affable guy... I hope it stays that way.... I will definitely go back

21/06/2025: On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 11, my family and I were here to order a frappé and a black mulberry granita. Nothing to say about the frappé being good and fresh, while the same cannot be said about the granita, which everyone said was inedible because it had an unpleasant flavor, a sour and alcoholic aftertaste, the same flavor that overripe fruit has that begins to ferment. Considering that the mulberry is a delicate fruit, it is plausible that with the sugar it begins to ferment soon if it is not fresh that day. I point out the fact to the saleswoman, she responds that it could be because it has been there for two days, then she tastes the granita and takes it back, saying that for her it is perfect and that since she always eats it because it is her favorite, she knows what she is talking about, she knows it well, she has trees at home, etc. etc. In short, she found a thousand justifications by questioning our experience, making us look like liars with an arrogant attitude and without leaving any room for dialogue (she was the only one speaking and over my voice without listening). She replied that she could only give me half a granita as a replacement and that is already a lot since, according to her, the owner would never have done it. I replied that this is not professionalism, that a business will not go to waste for a granita and that it would be better to retain the customer instead of letting him go away with discontent. Her response was rude, she insulted me by calling me a liar and then invited me with a wave of her hand, to go and get my ice cream somewhere else. I wonder if the company is aware of all this. We usually got ice cream in Formia but since this is your customer care policy, we will go somewhere else, as suggested by your employee.

11/06/2025: Excellent, the ice cream is truly special, of great quality, you can sense the refinement, the study behind it. I am greedy for ice cream, I like to experiment and I must say that this place deserves all my appreciation. It's a shame to have discovered it the day before leaving but being regulars in Gaeta, we will certainly return! A special thanks to Valeria, the girl who made the experience even more interesting with her professionalism in offering us various flavors, you can see that she puts love and passion into it, all enriched by her very sweet, very sweet smile. Thanks Valeria and thanks to Gretel for what you do. We will return!!

19/05/2025: Siamo arrivati al ristorante x caso… abbiamo pranzato e poi visto l ottimo pasto cenato ..accoglienza ottima come fossimo di famiglia sia noi che la nostra piccola pelosetta ..la signora Anna Rita e suo marito Antonio estremamente gentili cosa rara di questi tempi.. ci hanno invitato a visitare il loro ex convento adibito all accoglienza il giorno dopo luogo storico e suggestivo che stanno cercando di preservare cn tutte le loro forze… persone rare consiglio vivamente

18/05/2025: Abbiamo incontrato il ristorante quasi per caso ed è stata una piacevolissima esperienza. I punti forti sono sicuramente la cucina e soprattutto l’accoglienza dei proprietari. Dopo un pranzo siamo tornati anche per la cena e le impressioni sono state confermate. Consigliamo vivamente l’esperienza.

23/07/2025: On a summer Saturday evening, we stopped at this cute outdoor restaurant, drawn by the ambiance. The place is charming and well-kept. The staff is friendly but extremely slow and uncoordinated. The dishes arrived after over an hour, and all diners were separated. The dishes were high-quality and varied. There's a lot to improve.

13/07/2025: The menu isn't extensive, but it's quite select. The starters, in particular, are delicious. It's a shame we had to wait several minutes standing around, even though we'd booked.

14/07/2025: If you can get past the rude owner, you'll discover a quaint place with quality food. Luckily, we were eventually served by the young man in the dining room, who gave us a few smiles; otherwise, we would have gladly been escorted out by the owner. Not recommended on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer. Please don't enter by mistake, otherwise you'll experience the thrill of being ignored. Of course, the owner had kindly invited us to eat the tiella at the place next door. I want to thank him because they were truly courteous and kind, and the tiella was delicious.
