12/07/2026: Let's start with the welcome: they look at you askance as if you're doing them an injustice. Oh well, I have to eat, not let myself be treated with kid gloves. Menu: Long live originality, exorbitant prices given the view of the Pontina! Lots of frozen products, BEWARE! Wines? Who knows! We get to the meat, or perhaps it's better to say "raw" (raw) meat, and the platter arrives, one to be precise: 4 slices of prosciutto, 4 slices of salami and other cured meats, 1 slice of primo sale cheese, and 1 slice of spicy cheese with a few olives. Okay, but nothing special; in fact, for €13, it's better than "staying at home and eating," but whatever. We ordered 2 roasted octopus with potatoes and salad. At a certain point, a plate of salad arrives with two 20-cm-long octopus tentacles, raw inside, cold and rubbery (not marked as frozen on the menu), and, as in the photo, two RAW potatoes too! When it comes to restaurants, perhaps we should rinse our mouths, because this can't be called a restaurant. Beware of the "sole" restaurants around the corner, or rather, on the roundabout... Advice? Yes, go somewhere else to eat. Beware of those with weak stomachs, as food poisoning is possible due to non-fresh produce. I tried it for you!

28/06/2026: Good food, excellent beers, but the service was truly awful. The waitress was rude, with the grace of a hungover Viking, and she seemed to be doing us a favor whenever we asked for something. I asked if we could get something to eat, and she replied, "Hey... what do you want?" And she even made us look ugly to get us to pay; at one point I was afraid she'd slap us.

14/06/2026: I went to Weisse with my family this evening and it was a disappointment. I don't know if the management has changed or something else happened, but they served us sandwiches made by them but with packaged bread, McDonald's style, and even the size was the same, really ridiculous for a place like this, especially given the prices. A while back they used "real" bread and the sandwiches were huge. The quantities of fries that come with them were ridiculous too. The only thing that hasn't changed is the price... Yes, it's a lot, but it used to be worth it. Even the photos on the menus no longer reflect what they serve. We left still hungry. We won't be back, and we're the first to be disappointed.

03/06/2026: The owner is passionate about his work. He cooks like his grandmother, and I had the pleasure of visiting the kitchen, which was exceptionally clean and hygienic. A true agriturismo. Worth a visit and a stay for a few days.

31/05/2026: We booked a package for two that included: 1) a 50-minute massage each. The masseuse Nadia was professional and excellent, and we notified the agriturismo manager. 2) a 1-hour spa session, only for our convenience, including a pool and herbal teas. The beautiful outdoor pool wasn't open yet. 3) dinner: appetizer, pasta with "Condimento dei Briganti" (Brigands' Seasoning), main course, 2 side dishes, wine, and water. Everything was good, but I would have preferred the pasta more al dente. 4) an excellent breakfast with all the homemade delicacies. 5) the room was clean, with a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The property is completely isolated and surrounded by greenery, quiet, and very breezy. There are some dirt roads nearby.

26/07/2026: Appearances can be deceiving. From the outside, it looks like you're entering a high-end establishment, but the quality of the food is average to poor: the croissants aren't fresh and the cappuccino is of modest quality. The service is also anonymous and ordinary.

02/11/2025: The bar is called Fisio Premium, but the only "premium" thing is the wait. The place is empty, the staff present but clearly engaged in a race to slow down: three coffees and a ginseng, served with the suspense of a season finale. We've had plenty of time to reevaluate our life choices... and maybe even learn to make our own coffee. If you're looking for a forced Zen experience, this is the place. If you just want a coffee, you'd better look elsewhere.

17/07/2026: I can't stand queuing at the checkout for at least half an hour every day with the cashier who enjoys chatting instead of quickly sliding the products out. I won't come anymore.

12/06/2026: Today we had to wait longer than expected in line at the checkout because the cashier decided to chat with everyone in front of us. Not content, she even snapped at her colleague who had pointed out that a line had formed.

12/03/2026: Long live the skill and honesty of this little restaurant in Borgo Sabotino, near Latina. All the food we've tried is healthy and well-cooked. Leonardo and Aurora are young and very kind. I've known this place for years and I love it.

03/06/2026: It was my first time at this pizzeria and it will also be my last. The staff is inexperienced and poorly trained in customer service, not to mention that no one checks to see if the outside tables are occupied before ordering, and those first in line end up standing up to eat their tray. When you open a business, the first thing you need to do is know how to do your job well. These days, a decent pizza isn't enough to establish a good business... the first thing you need to ensure is professionalism and, above all, friendliness, especially for local customers who aren't occasional visitors.

31/05/2026: Excellent platter, and the beer, even on tap, wasn't great. What surprised me was the Campari Spritz, which I've never seen served in such a small glass...and it cost 7 euros. If you want me to come back, change your glasses; these tricks will only cost you customers.

18/05/2026: The first impression is of being in a family atmosphere, with kind and welcoming owners. The dishes are exceptional in flavor and quality. Compliments to the cat named Mimmo, if I remember correctly, who protected the area from the seagulls. Recommended.

30/06/2026: A pizzeria that gives too much priority to takeout orders, resulting in four people sitting at a table on a Monday having to wait, completely ignored, for almost an hour for their pizza, which is otherwise decent and nothing more. I won't be returning.

13/09/2025: Disappointing, the atmosphere is squalid to say the least. Even more disappointing is the quality of the pizza: cheap, hard-discount ingredients, like the tomato sauce and fake mozzarella on the Margherita. Plus, the prices are outrageous for what they offer. Half a slice of Margherita pizza and two draft beers cost €27. Considering there's no service, you eat it with your hands, no plate or cutlery.

21/08/2025: Very simple place, they bring you a pizza peel and you eat without plates. The pizza is really good! Takeout is also available.
