29/03/2026: We had the pizzas delivered to our home, the pizza was definitely better than some more renowned ones in the area. The only flaw was that unfortunately the pizza arrived cold. We also had a saltimbocca. I must say it was truly top-notch, both for the dough and the ingredients. Congratulations. The chicken ordered on another occasion was raw and the medium-sized tray of potatoes was half-empty and burnt.
12/03/2026: Aside from the excellent pizza, the service was beyond generous! I called the pizzeria for a home delivery with a special request: to take my pizza home, due to my physical inability to walk. Not only did they accommodate my request for help, but the guys were super kind and attentive! Both the guy who greeted me and the delivery guy helped me without accepting tips for their inconvenience. Their genuineness and generosity deserves recognition, and I'll remember it every time I visit this area again. Thanks again!

Ristorante Bar Pizzeria Poli

11/10/2025: I stumbled upon this fraschetta by chance with my family during a day trip to Sermoneta. The restaurant is located in the heart of town. We found the service and food quality to be excellent. The platter was superb, and both the gnocchi with ragù and the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms were excellent. Highly recommended. Fantastic value for money.
07/10/2025: We just left our wonderful dinner at Fraschetta Poli. Today is Tuesday, so it wasn’t very busy which meant that we had the delight to be served and to converse with the owner-he was a very lovely, sincere man. Our mushroom pasta was delicious-the mushrooms especially were extra delicious! We shared a bottle of white wine that was very good as well. We felt quite welcomed and very much accepted. It was a lovely Tuesday evening dinner and we very much enjoyed the food, the wine and the conversation with the owner. Buon Appetito!!!
