21/03/2026: A horrible experience!!! Even though the place seems nice at first glance, I was totally disappointed by the attitude of the staff... we waited 55 minutes for our pizza. And when asked how long it would take for our pizza to arrive, the answer was: if you want to wait, yes, if not, oh well 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️horrible attitude!!!!! I would never, ever go back!!!!! Disappointed... eating the pizza completely took my desire to eat away!!!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A nauseating smell permeates the entire place.
Minimal welcome and products (perhaps from the day before) aren't exactly good.
Watching the croissants being placed from the oven tray onto the bar counter, with tongs and hands (without gloves), wasn't very pleasant.
Cleanliness was lacking and a mess everywhere.
I saw trays being washed directly with the tea spout from the coffee machine!
A cappuccino and a croissant cost €2.80 (at the counter).
NO THANKS.
12/01/2026: Excellent bar for breakfast, a quick lunch, or an aperitif. The girls are super friendly and kind, the music puts everyone in a good mood, and the food is top-notch. There's an enclosed, heated outdoor area with tables and chairs. A great option for anyone passing through Piccarello.

It's not okay to downplay my criticism.
Just as it's not okay to not ring up the receipt and say the cashier "won't go this morning."

06/12/2025: The real artisanal ice cream in Latina.
The quality of the ingredients is excellent.
It's a shame to have found an arrogant and touchy employee (brunette with glasses) who from behind made offensive remarks while talking to the other employee (blonde, foreign but friendly and kind)
If the business has been open for 15 years it is thanks to the customers who frequent it and who should be treated with kindness and attention.
A REAL SHAME.
11/09/2025: We were so excited, since it's the only ice cream shop in Latina that makes sugar-free flavors, ideal for diabetics...
The two of us had ice cream, and both of us had stomach aches and pains...

14/11/2025: A truly lovely beach bar/kiosk with lots of relaxing green spaces just steps from the beach. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had breakfast here this summer with their plant-based cappuccino, and it was delicious. They even had Oreos at the counter (great for those like me who eat lactose-free). Plus, it was a regular stop every afternoon. They have lactose-free and gluten-free ice cream 🥹. Excellent, I thought you could even have lunch there!

Today, October 4, 2025, is the last day the campsite is open. We got a spot for one night. The beach is right on our doorstep and it's amazing. We were able to choose our spot. The showers and restrooms were clean and OK. The staff was very, very friendly. We also ate in the restaurant. Amazing seafood pizza and a delicious salad! The staff were funny and in a good mood. We'd love to come back next season.
