14/03/2026: I'm disappointed because we've been customers for years, bringing more than 20-30 people to eat here several times. My girlfriend and I have had countless lunches and dinners here. Today, we had 5-6 pieces of sushi left over. Instead of putting them in a bag and having them taken away as usual, they asked us for a €6 penalty. I've never paid such a high penalty for so little, and they were quite rude. They obviously preferred the €6 to the hundreds of euros we happily brought them every month. It's a shame because the food is very good, in my opinion, but we won't be back.

This is "Il Giardino del Pane" in Mezzomonte, San Felice Circeo. I discovered this place and have always returned with my family, delighted with the food and service. Professionalism, friendliness, and excellent taste are the hallmarks of this Pontine delicacy, a must-try.

26/10/2025: Very good: on our way back from Mount Circeo, we stopped here for lunch. It was a fitting end to a lovely bike ride: homemade lasagna, a nice glass of red wine, and tiramisu to finish. My partner had a mixed grilled vegetables that were equally tempting. In short, one of those places where you leave feeling truly satisfied, with a good price/quality ratio and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

26/01/2026: Terrible service. Since we're out of town, we inquired in the morning about the Latin night. We were strongly advised to reserve a table for aperitivo. We ordered two gluten-free appetizers and one regular one. We were asked to arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:30 PM; the waitress was busy and asked us to come back in 10 minutes. After a colleague pointed out that we'd been waiting a long time, the waitress continued to use her phone instead of preparing our platters (not to mention how unhygienic that is), she constantly interrupted herself while serving other customers, was clearly annoyed, and spoke rudely to us and her colleague. We lined up to pay and were asked to let others go because they didn't know the price of the gluten-free platter. They didn't even offer us drinks; we waited in line three times. The famous aperitifs were finally ready at 8:40 PM: the gluten-free ones consisted of four dry pizzas/sandwiches, and the regular one was a slice of pizza with cured meats, sliced ​​salami, and olives. The gluten-free platters cost €12 each, while the regular one cost €4; absurd, triple the price for the gluten-free... and there wasn't even a single piece of cheese or slice of ham. Drinks weren't included, of course. Contrary to what the waitress had recommended in the morning, the €7 entrance fee, including a drink, would have been much better! I must say they were very disorganized, and this is absolutely no way to treat customers: if preparing the gluten-free was too complicated, there was no point in advising us to book the table with the aperitif; we would have happily come afterward. At least they could have apologized for the wait and for the girl's despicable and rude behavior. I understand the higher attendance given it was a Latin night, but a little more organization is needed... the tables were all dirty and had never been cleared. I won't even comment on the water dripping from the ceiling....

26/12/2025: Terrible service! The wait was endless. There were six of us. They recommended a platter for four, and obviously it wasn't enough, even though the waiter had told us it was plenty. Definitely a one-off experience.

25/08/2025: A simple fishmonger's shop from the outside, but once you sit down and eat, it's a real spectacle. Fish, first courses, second courses, appetizers, fried dishes—something incredible. I personally had cooked salmon with side dishes, two mixed fried fish dishes, one calamari dish, and for the first course, the seafood lasagna. What can I say, ladies and gentlemen? Delicious, to say the least. The atmosphere is very basic, but if you want to return to tradition and origins, it's the perfect place. I highly recommend going.

The pulled pork sandwiches are simply out of this world: tender, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully balanced with sauces and always-fresh bread. Every bite is an explosion of flavor, never heavy, never cloying. Generous portions, fair prices, and a friendly, fast staff complete an experience that makes you want to return immediately. Definitely a must-go!

14/12/2025: I ordered a chicken with 2 portions of baked potatoes for 7:30 pm... arrived 7 minutes early and found the bag already ready... I paid... 5 minutes to get home... the potatoes were frozen to say the least, really cold to chew and the chicken was lukewarm... it all seemed cooked at least 2 hours before... the quality of the products was good, shame they were really from the fridge they seemed....

13/10/2025: The venue is really spacious and always offers fun music evenings, and the staff is also really helpful and friendly. I recommend trying it because it's worth it!
