06/04/2026: I can't judge because I was only there on Easter Sunday and there wasn't an à la carte menu... I honestly didn't like the Easter menu very much. I honestly don't like this sophisticated gourmet cuisine with its tiny little dishes... I'm all for fettuccine and wild boar, for example... I don't know if things are different there on other normal days...

15/02/2026: Last night we went to dinner (set Carnival menu). Unfortunately, we didn't find the food very good, but I was especially disappointed to notice how the waiters kept walking past us, offering second helpings to other tables (and consistently ignoring ours. Honestly, we wouldn't have asked for seconds anyway, but if you have these preferences, I'd say it's not very polite towards other customers). It must be said that the room is large, so at least you can have a pleasant evening (karaoke or group dancing), but we didn't particularly appreciate the quality of the food or the service.

25/08/2025: A simple fishmonger's shop from the outside, but once you sit down and eat, it's a real spectacle. Fish, first courses, second courses, appetizers, fried dishes—something incredible. I personally had cooked salmon with side dishes, two mixed fried fish dishes, one calamari dish, and for the first course, the seafood lasagna. What can I say, ladies and gentlemen? Delicious, to say the least. The atmosphere is very basic, but if you want to return to tradition and origins, it's the perfect place. I highly recommend going.

27/03/2026: Delicious food, served very quickly and in a very good quantity. The complete tourist menu, with primo, secondo and contorno for 15 euros was a great find! Impeccable service. I was very well received, even though I was a hiker on the Via Francigena. The location is great, right at the beginning of the city. I even received biscuits, chocolate and water for the rest of the day's hike. I recommend it without hesitation!!! Grazie mille!

22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at SIGH in Latina, and the experience was truly enjoyable in every way. The restaurant is charming and intimate, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The jazz music in the background perfectly complements the evening, without being intrusive, creating a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The seats are extremely comfortable and the tables are spacious, details that help you feel at ease throughout the dinner. Overall, it's a chic restaurant with attention to detail. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with great warmth. The person who looked after us, in addition to being very kind, proved knowledgeable and attentive, explaining the dishes in detail and answering any questions clearly. Such attentive service truly makes a difference. The menu isn't extensive, but the focus on quality over quantity is clear. The ingredients are excellent, and great care is evident in the selection of ingredients. A special mention goes to the homemade bread: truly excellent. The value for money is also very good, perfectly in keeping with the experience offered. If the venue were even more daring, I think it could aspire to major awards. I had a great time and recommend it to anyone looking for an intimate and romantic evening. I'll definitely be back!

01/02/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance, via a starter box. We enjoyed three courses selected by the chef: a cod and artichoke appetizer, a fusilli pasta with mussels and clams, and a zuppa inglese for dessert. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The place was very pleasant and unique, with pleasant background music that didn't disturb us.

04/10/2025: A restaurant in Gaeta's historic center, offering meticulously prepared and balanced cuisine, with bold yet unobtrusive flavors and top-quality ingredients. The dishes are well-served and beautifully crafted, and the chef's touch is evident, making this restaurant a favorite. The wine list is average for the selection offered, but a bit pricey. The staff is attentive and courteous. The only real flaw was when, at the entrance to the restaurant, three women were enjoying an aperitif, leaving their not-so-young children behind. They ran, played, and screamed so loudly that they could be heard even in the dining room. Despite the moderate music, this is why the ambience received 3 stars. Recommended restaurant!

04/10/2025: I'm not giving it 5 stars just because when we got to the restaurant... we almost left without even going in!!! A group of screaming children outside, left to graze freely in the street by their parents enjoying an aperitif. A terrible calling card. But, luckily, we decided to go in anyway, asking the staff if there was a risk of those children being at the next table. They assured us there wasn't, and so it was (even though their screams could be heard, far away, even from the "cave"). The interior is clean, pleasant, and original. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and very professional. The dishes are prepared by those who know and love their job... delicious, flavorful, and beautiful to look at. In short, an excellent experience that we recommend.

30/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance, among the various options we had. The food was divine, everything was delicious, and the waiters were incredibly kind and polite. The appetizers and fried fish were AMAZING! The atmosphere was superb. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended. The quality-price ratio is one of the best in the area.

22/03/2026: Amazing dough It's hard to find a pan pizza of this quality. I would have given it 5 stars, the only flaw was the lack of toppings. In my opinion, it should be enriched a little more, especially since the price isn't cheap.

17/01/2026: I moved to this neighborhood two years ago, but only today did I try this pizzeria for the first time, which I can easily reach on foot. Good pizza, very digestible dough, generous but not excessive toppings. Perfect. Fast and friendly staff.
