22/07/2026: If you're looking for a thin-crust pizza, this is the place to eat it! They offer a wide selection of both white and red pizzas, all thin and crispy, but above all, very well-topped—a truly unpredictable experience. They have an indoor dining area and outdoor tables in the summer, with service. Personally, I've almost always used the takeout service, and I must say that the waiting times they gave were almost always quite accurate, despite the weekend chaos. Furthermore, the counter offers a wide selection of other products, although, incidentally, they don't sell pizzas by the slice, only French-style pizzas: perhaps this is the only flaw. What can I say? It's now become a regular stop for pizza that I truly appreciate, especially for the truly exceptional value. Highly recommended!

23/03/2026: Pizzeria located in the center of Spigno Saturnia (LT), in a quiet, traffic-free area with a park equipped with benches and a children's playground. The restaurant is bright, modern, and welcoming. The atmosphere is informal, featuring a distinctive open-view wood-fired oven. The menu is extensive: it offers appetizers like fried foods and delicacies to start, a wide variety of pizzas, from classic to specialty, and desserts. There's also a wide selection of drinks and beverages, including beers and wines. The pizzas are delicious, with a soft, light dough and toppings that pair perfectly. The flavor and aroma showcase the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients and raw materials. Desserts include Nutella-filled pizza bombettes and frozen truffles. The latter are especially delicious, especially the black and white truffles.

23/05/2026: There were 8 of us. The place wasn't crowded, only half the tables were occupied. We arrived at 8:30 PM. Appetizer at 8:45 PM, finished the appetizer at 8:55 PM. Sandwiches and steaks arrived at 9:50 PM. We had a really long wait. The waitress wasn't particularly friendly or courteous, but you can ignore it if you don't have to wait an hour for your food. Excellent food.

You can clearly see that they use fresh, quality ingredients. The fries are also always excellent, golden and crispy. The service is fast, friendly, and super organized, making it perfect for both a quick meal and a takeout to enjoy in the comfort of your home. If you're looking for a properly prepared roast chicken, this is the place. Five well-deserved stars!

04/05/2026: Despite hosting several ceremonies simultaneously, the organization was flawless, the food was high-quality and well-prepared. Great professionalism in a fantastic location with a variety of spaces, including the outdoor area with lots of greenery on various levels.

28/09/2025: We went to the new Latina location, a beautiful, modern space on two floors. The pizza was typically Neapolitan (it seems like this is the only type of pizza in Latina anymore), with fried foods that were too greasy, like potato chips. The pizza was good, with many variations and flavors, but the thing that didn't work was the service. All the staff have walkie-talkies, and they're constantly talking to each other. Well, after taking our orders (two of us had chosen the falia), they started delivering... except for the falia!!! After half an hour, I called the girl to ask how ours were going. She came back shortly after, saying the falia were out, no one had started it, and she had forgotten to let us know!!!!!! If we hadn't asked again, we would have been waiting for someone to let us know...

We had the trattoria menu for only €25 per person, and everything was exceptional. The first courses are fabulous, especially the fettuccine with ragù and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù (truly delicious!). For main courses, we tried the beef stew with tomato sauce, the pork steak with pancetta, and the chicken cacciatore: incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. The side dishes and desserts are also excellent, especially the pistachio and caramel panna cotta. The food is served in large quantities, is incredibly appetizing, and so good that, for the first time ever, we cleaned all our plates! The place is clean and tidy, and the service is top-notch: the staff is incredibly friendly and even treated us to some delicious house specials. We highly recommend it to everyone!
