Unfortunately, I agree with some of the critical comments I've read previously; this isn't meant as an attack, but rather as a constructive suggestion for improving service. I believe that a restaurant, when it opens to the public according to the hours posted online, should ensure a consistently well-stocked counter. It's unfortunate to hear that production is halted to prioritize takeout orders. I hope the management will take this feedback to heart, as it represents a crucial opportunity for professional growth.

We ordered two polacca (a type of veal cutlet) and two tagliata (a type of cutlet), after waiting almost an hour, the meat was dry and burnt. We sent them back, and after half an hour the new slices arrived. Once we tasted them, they were inedible. My kids couldn't eat the meat, so much so that it was so tough. My wife went to the pizzeria next door and ordered two pinsa (a type of pinsa), and finally we paid for the one we'd sent back. As we were leaving, the waiter said, "Thank goodness it wasn't Saturday, otherwise it would have ended badly."

25/07/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because 0 is not possible, the redhead with the braid is one of the rudest and most disrespectful people I've ever seen. We took two grimace shakes, one of which had a little syrup stain on it as if it had been thrown there and the other was completely empty, white and tasteless. We asked for explanations and the redhead girl got annoyed and looked at her and turned around giggling towards her colleague without even answering us, so for the second time until we were forced to ask another colleague who was much kinder and more helpful. Immediately afterward I noticed that a lady was asking for a favor in exchange for a side dish from a happy meal for a child. The REDHEAD WITH THE BRAIDS (I want to make it clear who this very rude person is) turned around and, laughing in a highly annoying way, said to her colleague "make me the chips for this one" referring to the lady. Returning to the shake, I realized by looking that the syrup had just been added after my request, so if I have to be given any empty and tasteless product because the staff is lazy, In my opinion, the staff needs to be changed, so you, the redhead with the braid, I hope your boss reads this and takes serious action because let's be clear, you are famous for your rudeness. Anyone you ask will say the same words as me and in my opinion, you should be fired and I speak as someone who works for another fast food chain where politeness is the basis of the brand.

Everything is delicious and high-quality, but the baked turbot with potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and black olives deserves a special mention.
