Pizzalab In Latina

I've frequented this pizzeria several times. The pizza is undoubtedly good quality, but I would suggest more attention to the toppings and a reduction in the amount of oil used. Unfortunately, I agree with some of the critical comments I've read previously; this isn't meant as an attack, but rather as a constructive suggestion for improving service. I believe that a restaurant, when it opens to the public according to the hours posted online, should ensure a consistently well-stocked counter. It's unfortunate to hear that production is halted to prioritize takeout orders. I hope the management will take this feedback to heart, as it represents a crucial opportunity for professional growth.

Excellent pizza and excellent supplì. Unfortunately, I found the supplì a little cold, but that's a minor issue.

Very good pizza, small but fine place, excellent service, for 8 pieces (4 Margherita, 4 sausage and broccoli), 1 beer, 1 Coke, and 2 supplì, €18. It's doable.

Dedicated guys who care about doing things right. Small but comfortable place, especially the little outdoor space. Light, well-leavened pizza, local ingredients, superb!
