25/10/2025: I'm sorry I returned this summer after three years. They're always kind and accept dogs, although it's best to leave them indoors if possible. Indoors, given the outdoor layout of all the restaurants in the port, with tables too close together. My rating is based on the dishes served. I think they've changed the chef and the recipes. The pappagico appetizer was much larger in portion size and also included a few more dishes. The fish was definitely fresh, but tasteless. It was flat. Nothing stood out to differentiate the flavor. The biggest disappointment was the pappafico risotto, the dish that made me fall in love with this restaurant. What I was served was completely different: a seafood risotto, poorly made, with a sauce that the original didn't have, and soaked in oil, like you wouldn't find in a diner. Truly awful. I don't dispute the freshness of the fish, which I couldn't appreciate so much as the flavor was masked by this disgusting and sickening sauce. So heavy that it couldn't be digested all night. It's a shame the risotto al pappafico was in something else and will make me cross this restaurant off when I'm in Circeo. It's not a question of price—I don't review what's available—but of taste. It's a real shame I don't know I can taste real risotto pappafico anymore.

Unfortunately, there's no table service, and it's especially difficult to find a table because they're shared with other fast-food restaurants nearby. The tables are often dirty, and you have to wander around to find a waiter to clean them. If you're at the mall and want to eat at McDonald's...you'll have to adapt.

12/09/2025: I popped in to buy some fish and ended up stopping for lunch, enjoying a wonderful freshly made shrimp tartare and some very fresh fried fish. Friendly, attentive staff, top-notch quality, and excellent prices. Highly recommended.

02/09/2025: The atmosphere is simple and spotlessly clean. The raw fish is truly stellar: the anchovies are excellent, the salmon tartare is highly recommended, and the oysters are fresh and delicious. I also tried the freshly fried fish, which was light and crispy. The fresh bread, water, and wine were all perfect, right down to the tozzetti al vino, which were truly delicious. The prices are very reasonable. In my opinion, a true landmark in the lower part of San Felice Circeo.

02/06/2026: Delicious, high-quality food. Considering there's no table service and the plates and cutlery are disposable, the prices could be a bit lower. Dishes are prepared quickly, but I recommend arriving early because the line at the register is always quite long. Worth a try.

03/05/2026: A well-deserved positive review for this place! First of all, I loved the interior decor: simple yet refined, modern, and bright! There's just the right amount of space between the tables, which also helps the waiters work better. The waitresses Antonella, Lucrezia, Veronica, and the owner Benedetto were all very kind, friendly, attentive, and playful with our toddler! And then, of course, the food... Spectacular! We had the calamari skewers for an appetizer, delicious! Then came the tonnarello allo scoglio and calamari cooked on lava stone... Everything was amazing and plentiful!! Excellent wine from Cantine Sant'Andrea, and to finish, a strawberry wafer basket with cream! The atmosphere is so peaceful that our little one said, "It was fun!" as we were driving back to the car! We really had a great time and will be thrilled to return in the summer. ✨ Bravo!!!

05/04/2026: I've experienced similar emotions a few times in my life. The first time was when Modena returned, the second when the wine bar's Spritz landed on my table, warming the spirits of those around it.

08/06/2025: A pleasant coffee break at this bar in the heart of Rocca Massimo. A quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. You can dine on the lovely veranda outside the bar, or there are outdoor tables. Next time, I'll definitely try an aperitivo. A positive experience.
