From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent!
08/12/2025: Sunday, December 8, 2025. 6 people. Price: €45 per person. First courses: lukewarm strozzapreti and bland sauce...the ragù is nonexistent. Wild boar fettuccine, unfortunately, tasteless, as are tagliolini with truffles...the castle appetizer €15 for two pieces of polenta omelette and nothing else doesn't justify the price. Sautéed broccoli was good, but not spicy...not everyone ordered a first course, 3 appetizers, 3 second courses...the price was decidedly high. Service, very nice and kind people.

08/12/2025: Fast service with no waiting. I ordered at 8:00 PM and found it at 8:00 PM. The pizza was good, well-cooked in a wood-fired oven. My girlfriend and I ordered two. We liked it. We'll probably go get it for the next one. I recommend it. Rating: 5/5.

12/09/2025: I popped in to buy some fish and ended up stopping for lunch, enjoying a wonderful freshly made shrimp tartare and some very fresh fried fish. Friendly, attentive staff, top-notch quality, and excellent prices. Highly recommended.
02/09/2025: The atmosphere is simple and spotlessly clean. The raw fish is truly stellar: the anchovies are excellent, the salmon tartare is highly recommended, and the oysters are fresh and delicious. I also tried the freshly fried fish, which was light and crispy. The fresh bread, water, and wine were all perfect, right down to the tozzetti al vino, which were truly delicious. The prices are very reasonable. In my opinion, a true landmark in the lower part of San Felice Circeo.

29/12/2025: We were there last a year ago, it was fantastic, but now it's changed location and maybe even management. The pizza was bland, the dessert was burnt, there were six of us at the table and everyone had issues with their food, we waited hours for everything, and the lovely atmosphere that was there before is gone. What a shame.

The problem is that the carbonara I ordered was neither bitter nor sweet. It was literally runny, and I was surprised because it only took 55 minutes to make.
Plus, the pasta was "mixed" and overcooked.
The poor waitress no longer knew how to smile as she kept telling us that our dish was coming out.
So, to sum up:
Unacceptable cuisine
Acceptable service (the waitress did everything she could to make us feel comfortable with the wait and the terrible quality of the food)
The place is nice and welcoming.
Anyway, I'm very disappointed.

They bring you water in jugs, which I don't like at all; I prefer bottled water. €23, a price now in line with the market. I sat outside in the garden and it was nice.

It breaks my heart, but I have to edit this review. A lot of time has passed since then, and the situation has only gotten worse. The service was slow and disorganized; it took an hour to get four pizzas (to go), and a couple of them were burned. My vegetarian sister also found anchovies in her calzone (which hadn't been mentioned when asked to list the ingredients).
Unfortunately, it's become an unpleasant place to eat.

09/11/2025: A nice place, with good pizza (except for the diavola, for which I would recommend the place to revise the salami, using a spicy one :) ). The rest is excellent, very good fried food and well-cooked dough.
