Excellent gluten-free burger and sandwich

This place has always been present in our small town; it's a folkloric place, part of the place. Even though it's been renovated, it's remained intact in our memories. The first one is unique: the biretta, a place of encounters and clashes that were accompanied and calmed by the excellent cold beer served with the expert skill of the manager.

A historic venue that has its own charm. The staff are fantastic, and the food is excellent and excellent value.

A historic establishment in Scauri on the Appian Way. We've spent many summers here over the years on vacation in the area. Family-run. Recently renovated, it has lost its old-fashioned charm and has become a run-of-the-mill copycat of many other establishments in the area. Lots of craft beers. Standard food.

A historic and renowned pub located along the Via Appia on the outskirts of Scauri (LT). The exterior is easily recognizable by its wooden structure and large illuminated sign. Inside, the decor is modern and distinctive, bright, and features a alternating mix of light and dark colors that make it welcoming and hospitable. You'll immediately feel at ease at the table. The menu is extensive and varied: you can choose from appetizers to fried foods, from a wide selection of sandwiches to first and second courses, and even desserts. The beer selection is also extensive, with a wide selection of draft and bottled beers. The wine list is similarly extensive, with a wide selection of red, white, and sparkling wines. The fried foods are delicious, with a crispy, non-greasy coating that makes them light and easily digestible. The sandwiches are delicious, the combination of ingredients is perfect. Beautifully presented and masterfully prepared, they highlight the flavors and textures of the ingredients. Every bite is a pleasure. Finally, the desserts are truly delicious. Meticulously presented, the end of the meal is a feast for the palate. The staff is kind and friendly. They offer fast service and are attentive to customer needs.

A historic local spot. I hadn't been here in ages. However, the pub has a vast menu. I had a granola sandwich with salmon, salad, potato sticks, and Apulian burrata. Very pleasant and light flavor. Friendly staff. I'll be back very soon!

Excellent food, with a wide selection of sandwiches and dishes, excellent beer; the perfect place for us who don't like to travel in the evenings, but are lucky enough to have it right next door. Well done! Update: I've been vegan for 5 months, and the first time I asked the chef for a half-roll, hollowed out with whatever was on my mind, he created a work of art. So since then, he's always the one making the decisions, and he never disappoints!
