12/05/2025: The very kind owner! I took the almond paste pastries, delicious, not too sugary, as I like them. Excellent harmony in flavors! We also tasted the brioches that he stuffed for us at the moment! You have to try them!!! Very fresh products and digested very well!!! What can I say... next time I return to Fondi, I'll definitely stop by!

Unfortunately the kitchen had some technical problems so the menu was not complete. In any case what we ate was excellent. Thanks for advising me on the wines and praise for the dessert which apparently was amazing, said by the person who had it because I don't eat sweets. 😃 To conclude... we had a good time. 17/05/2025: My friend and I were guests of the restaurant yesterday evening, after the first time two years ago (we are not from the area, we came from Rome): well, it was a pleasant confirmation of the excellent impression we had in the past! The place is beautiful, "simple" furnishings but only in appearance, very well-kept and tidy, the service is excellent and the cuisine...FABULOUS!!! We had a portion of fettuccine with salami from Monte S. Biagio, spectacular, a mixed fried appetizer (very light) and two pizzas, very large and also fantastic. What can I say?? We hope to return soon, shifts of both permitting. Oh, it is very easy to reach, from Pontina you exit at Borgo Montello and shortly thereafter you will find it, it also has a convenient parking lot.
