I had dinner there on Thursday 28th September with friends, I had never been there before, a very pleasant surprise so we went back the next day too. Spectacular tuna paccheri, dream Scialatielli, all preceded by excellent raw...
The service entrusted to the expert hands of the Mistress is courteous, never intrusive and fast. Absolutely correct account.
I highly recommend it.

I was there with my wife at the beginning of September, an excellent restaurant with sincere cuisine, very fresh fish and well-prepared dishes, our compliments to the landlady Luigina, a praise also to Mrs Stefany who prepared a stellar fish turtle.
We will definitely be back.

Il ristorante si trova esattamente davanti ad un angolo del bellissimo porto e non tradisce mai: negli anni lo abbiamo provato varie volte e non ci ha mai deluso. Il personale è veramente gentile e competente e consiglia con affabilità nella scelta dei piatti. L'offerta del menu è varia e sempre rinnovata; il pesce è sicuramente di prima scelta e risulta squisito; ottimi anche i dessert. Prezzi altini, ma adeguati alla elevata qualità (e a Ponza, certo non nota per l'economicità, almeno ad un certo livello). Torneremo ancora di sicuro alla prossima occasione. Preferibili a nostro avviso i (pochi) tavolini "sul" porto.

Il Porticciolo was a wonderful discovery! An excellent dinner and Mrs. Luigina truly impeccable... the view of the port is what is needed to complete a fantastic picture.

Simply perfect!
It's what comes to mind if you eat at "Porticciolo".
As soon as you enter you immediately feel at ease, the environment is clean, tidy and with a romantic touch.
Mrs. Luigina is an exquisite hostess and the staff is no different.
The education, explanation and presentation of the food is top notch.
The scialatielli with cuttlefish ink, the paccheri with sword, the trofie and the decomposed cassata are to die for.
In three days we went to Ponza twice.
A special note of merit goes to Mrs. Luigina, Federica, Assunta and Maria for how they know how to welcome and satisfy customers.
I suggest it because here we have found true catering.

I was looking for a restaurant for our 18th wedding anniversary and recommended by some friends I called some restaurants receiving cold and rude answers. Searching on maps I come across the Porticciolo and contact the restaurant. The reservation is confirmed with the request to show up at 8.00 pm. Luigina welcomes us with professionalism and kindness that immediately puts us at ease. He had reserved a table for us on the terrace with an exciting view. We ate very fresh fish and zero kilometer products of the highest quality. I recommend everyone to try the tartare... something sublime... and to have some fresh fish with Ponza potatoes.
From today it will be our point of reference in Ponza.

Locale sul porto, con qualche tavolo sulla terrazzìni panoramica che, specialmente di sera, offre una vista eccezionale. Forse perché appagati da recentissime esperienze eccellenti, siamo rimasti un po’ sconcertati: pescato del giorno al forno o alla griglia indisponibile per due persone, antipasto di crudo buono ma poco vario, orata in crosta di pistacchi un po’ troppo “panosa”, tartare di tonno e gamberi buona, il moscardino affogato buono (ma razione scarsa), in compenso inondato di pomodorini. Non capisco perché i ristoranti si ostinino a coprire primi e pietanze di pomodorini che acidificano eccessivamente i piatti e ne attutiscono il sapore. Conto spropositato, anche se siamo a Ponza.
