01/06/2026: Yesterday at Lievito Madre I understood the meaning of the name. Naturally leavened dough, incredibly light and easy to digest. I tried the "Lievito Madre" and "O' Professore": crispy crust on the outside, incredibly soft on the inside, top-notch ingredients. Compliments to the owners, you can see their passion and attention to every detail. Genuine, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable people. One of the best pizzas ever.

14/04/2026: We ordered two takeaway sandwiches: a porky burg (hamburger, bacon, cheddar, pulled pork, mayo, and BBQ sauce) (€12.50) and a lallo bomb (hamburger, double bacon, double cheddar, double burger sauce, sweet chili sauce, and caramelized onions) (€12.50). Both were incredibly good and, above all, huge. Final rating: 9/10.

The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff, always smiling. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for both an evening with friends and a more relaxed dinner. 07/03/2026: We were here for my dad's 70th birthday and were literally treated with kid gloves. A wonderful dinner and service. Delicious fish, excellent wine, a truly great restaurant and a great example of fine dining. There are few places like this in Latina.

05/05/2026: I stopped here while passing through Gaeta, unfortunately only for two days, otherwise I would have gone to this bar every morning! I was thrilled by their availability of gluten-free products, which are hard to find: as a lifelong celiac, I'd never had such a good croissant and bombolone; they truly are the best! Everything else (with gluten) my partner tried, both sweet and savory, was also second to none, impeccable quality and deliciousness. The two girls were extremely kind and helpful; they are attentive and professional, and guarantee excellent service. Finally, the location is very convenient for the center of Gaeta. It's a shame I live far away and can't return more often; these gluten-free options are unforgettable!

08/05/2026: A great café and bar, and much more. Excellent aperitifs featuring a platter of local, fresh, and dairy products, as well as other freshly prepared delicacies. There's also a great selection of liqueurs, wines, and proseccos, along with specialty herbal teas. Delicious chocolates and pastries are also available. The service is excellent, as is the friendliness and courtesy of the owner, and so are his staff.

Even though the B&B across the street didn't leave breakfast tickets in our room, the bar manager kindly prepared and served us breakfast. 11/06/2026: A fairytale wedding! September 29, 2024 When my husband and I decided to get married, we toured many venues to find the one that best represented us! The moment we visited the Lenola wells, we fell in love with them! Vasco made us feel at home from the first moment, always available and extremely kind! The quality of the food is unique; you can see the special attention paid to the ingredients and the aesthetics of the dishes. On our wedding day, the entire staff was at our complete disposal, always present and always extremely kind. The location is nothing short of fantastic, from the pool, to the well, to the swings, to the grove... nothing was left to chance! The cleanliness and professionalism were impeccable. All our guests gave us nothing but compliments. I would choose it a thousand times over. It's a guarantee of a successful day. ❤️
