24/11/2024: Servizio lento. Personale in affanno, giovane e non sufficientemente formato ma sopratutto maleducato. Prodotti di qualità nella media, nulla di che. Per i turisti può andar bene ma chi è del posto deve evitare questo locale, al massimo un caffè al bancone.

24/11/2024: Sono stato in questo Bar di Arona che, da quando ha cambiato gestione, ha subito una continua decadenza nel servizio. Mi siedo con la mia famiglia, aspetto 15 minuti per ordinare e un ragazzetto maleducato mi invita ad alzarmi perché in zona bagno c’era una presunta coda (che non ho visto a quanto pare). Non mi piace fare recensioni, figuriamoci negative, ma tutti questi atteggiamenti rimangono sempre impuniti e io ormai sono stufo, anche se alla fine avranno sempre ragione loro: Avanti il prossimo…

01/10/2024: Wenn man abends durch den Ort läuft, ist man sich nicht ganz sicher, ob das eine gute Idee ist. Und wenn man dann vor dem Restaurant steht, ist man ebenfalls im Zweifel, ob man da essen möchte. Aber: reingehen (oder Terrasse) und essen. Alles bestens! Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung, günstige Preise! Was will man mehr? Das normale Leben und kein steriles Restaurant im örtlichen Hotel. When you walk through town in the evening, you're not entirely sure whether this is a good idea. And when you stand in front of the restaurant, you are also in doubt as to whether you want to eat there. But: go in (or terrace) and eat. Everything fine! Good food, friendly service, reasonable prices! What more could you want? Normal life and no sterile restaurant in the local hotel.

28/07/2024: We were in Piedimonte s.G. For a week end had dinner at the restaurant 3 times during our stay. Simpelt becausd we loved to eat there. The food is really excellent - the pizzas are exceptional. Also the drinks are great - we had softdrinks, beers, Wine, prosecco, coffee and grappa. All prices are really low - you get a lot of value for money. But the best part is actually the service. The owners are really friendly, serviceminded and nice. They contribute a lot to the great atmosphere and experience. Thanks a lot for dinners and drinks.

03/08/2024: My friend and I visited this cafe in the evening for a spritz which was nice however, the woman serving was extremely rude and dismissive to both me and my friend and to quite a few other people around us. Thinking it must be a one off, we went to the same place for breakfast and had exactly the same experience with an older woman (it transpires that it was the mother of the woman from the night before. We know this as the husband, who was really lovely, spoke to us after we left only to be called loudly several times by his wife whilst talking to us) This time we had coffee and pastries. I had my small dog with me, we ordered and sat inside and when I went to the counter to pay was told ‘next time don’t bring your dog inside’ Next time!!! I think not…firstly, had you greeted us, I would have asked if it was ok for me to bring my dog in. Secondly, why did you not state that you were unhappy for my dog to come in when we ordered. We would have happily sat outside if only to thaw from the glacial states that we were getting. You clearly served us and watched us sit down and even though you only grunted responses to our questions about what you had to offer for breakfast, it was clear that you are not a mute! If I could give zero on this review I would have but I’m glad that I have to leave one star for your obviously long suffering husband who apologised on your behalf! I spend 6 months every year in Italy, I am of Italian parentage and speak Italian and I can honestly say that both mother and daughter are two of the rudest people I have come across. Maybe time to get out of the hospitality business 🤔

05/07/2024: E' da diverso tempo Che andiamo in questo bar per fare l'aperitivo IL pomeriggio tardi. L'atmosfera é molto rilassante, gli aperitivi Sono ottimo ed IL personable é molto cordiali.
