Shopping malls can be stressful, but stopping at this café completely changes your day. The place is modern, clean, and the selection of sweet and savory treats is truly excellent (the coffee is perfect, perfectly creamy!). The real strength of this place, however, is the staff: kind and welcoming. It's not every day that you find such professional, fast, and constantly smiling people, especially during peak times. They have an extraordinary ability to manage customers with kindness, precision, and a contagious positivity that turns your break into a whole new experience. Impeccable service and attention to detail. I will definitely return every time I find myself at Metropoli. Five well-deserved stars!

Great place, delicious yogurt and crepes. Everything was fresh and tasty, and the staff was friendly. Thanks to the three guys who served us: they were super fast and helpful. Recommended!

I've been to this bar several times, and I must admit it's always a pleasure to return. The staff really makes you feel at home. I was pleased to see some new additions to the menu, and I find all the ingredients to be top-quality. Compliments to the staff :)

I went to this cafe for a snack. We went to the cashier and asked for everything we wanted, paid, and the staff invited us to sit down and said they would bring it to our table. So far, everything was fine until we checked the receipt and saw that there was a charge for table service. Unfortunately, the clerks didn't ask us if we wanted this service, nor did they inform us; they simply put it on the receipt and charged us. It's not about the money, but because it's improper to include services on the receipt without informing the customer, especially if they're charged!
