Although the menu is limited to a selection of first courses only, the sauce options are vast and varied, with a strong focus on local ingredients. The place isn't very large, so reservations are definitely recommended.

06/08/2026: I had lunch with my family. I had the fioretta gnocchi and the Cimbrian cake. Delicious! The gnocchi are De.Co certified and the chef oversees their artisanal production. The cake is fantastic, made with buckwheat flour and served with cream and raspberries. A must-try.

13/07/2026: My wife and I wanted to enjoy a good Florentine steak, recalling the experience of a trip to Maremma (Tuscany). Asking colleagues where to go, they directed me to Vighetto. Well... a perfect choice!!! We celebrated our 10th anniversary here. 🤗 Halfway through dinner, my wife kept saying we have to go back, so if a woman is happy, the place and the food are worth everything. We had an appetizer of aromatic lard, OUTSTANDING!!! Incredible on the palate 💪🏻 A 1.5kg raw Florentine steak accompanied by an excellent alcoholic but not invasive gin and a very fragrant non-alcoholic one. A course of carpaccio with truffle and half with chopped pistachios... Divine, truly compliments like butter. Finally, a 1.6 liter Florentine steak cooked rare was AMAZING with a fantastic touch of fat, I've never tasted anything like it. Sure, we pushed the accelerator a bit when ordering, but it was worth it 🤗 the raw steak is buttery, the cooked steak is a pleasure to eat, so everything was excellent. The owner, Andrea, is incredibly attentive to everything and has an incredible knowledge of his products and which gins to pair them with. You can tell he puts all his passion into it. Congratulations and thank you for the warm welcome. I gave the food and service a 5. The atmosphere, a 4, but only because of the magic it exudes in a place like this. I would have preferred a more relaxing background music, rather than the music we were listening to. Anyway, we'll be back again. 😊 I recommend booking. Thanks, Andrea 👋🏻

02/04/2026: A beautiful location with meticulous attention to detail. I haven't had a chance to try the food yet, but the cocktails are truly excellent (I'm thrilled with the herbalist's americano, a truly delightful discovery).

27/06/2026: We went there for a risotto dinner. The tasting menu offered a choice of four different flavors, none of which were excellent in my opinion. I was disappointed by the lack of helpfulness from the ladies at the cash register. The POS wasn't working, and it seemed to be our fault. Such a lack of courtesy made me say, "I don't think I'll be back."

08/08/2026: I ordered a pizza at 9:45, and it arrived as if it were carasau bread covered in pizza toppings. One of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. Really unhelpful, as if they were in a hurry to close the kitchen.

23/12/2025: Nice place (from what I understand, it's under new management, but I'm not mistaken), excellent food (obviously meat-based, but the first course with "spungoi" mushrooms was truly sublime), the rib-eye steak Sashi was truly delicious, as were the various side dishes. Recommended appetizers, desserts could use a little work, but they're decent, and a good wine selection. The only real drawback is the parking lot; if you have a low or wide car, avoid the one upstairs. Definitely worth returning, though.
