A truly splendid place, with a spectacular view that alone is worth the visit. The cuisine was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly excellent flavors. It's a wonderful place that I absolutely recommend.

Although the restaurant has almost exclusively positive reviews, I'm sorry to say that for the five of us, the experience was truly disappointing. Perhaps we had too high expectations, but unfortunately, what we received fell short. The experience was overall disappointing. From a restaurant serving refined cuisine, I expected technique, balanced flavors, and attention to detail. Instead, I found dishes lacking character, extremely basic plating, and several errors in both service and preparation. The service also revealed several critical issues: the waiters read from a piece of paper to explain the dishes, giving an unprofessional and unsure impression of presentation. A significant error was also observed at the table next to ours, where the second course was served, forgetting the first course, which arrived only after the couple had pointed it out. In my opinion, this was a major organizational error. The first course was the most critical point: the lasagna was completely undone, transformed into mush immersed in a totally flavorless green purée. A clear cooking error ruined the dish. The snails were woody, with a flavor that was difficult to describe but decidedly unpleasant, probably one of the least successful dishes of the experience. The dessert was probably the worst I've ever had. Visually unappealing, with an overly acidic flavor and a truly unpleasant texture, making it impossible to appreciate. We did, however, appreciate the carrot tart and the sliced ​​beef, which stood out positively from the rest of the menu. The location is very charming and is certainly one of the restaurant's strong points. The bill was too high for what was served, although I must admit that, after expressing our criticism, we were given a discount. The July menu was probably not to my liking. Overall, for a restaurant that aspires to offer refined cuisine, I found too many technical errors and a total lack of balance in the flavors. It's an experience I unfortunately cannot recommend.

We discovered this restaurant nestled in nature, in a very peaceful and secluded area, and we loved it. It has beautiful views and a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience truly special. The food was excellent. We tried the tasting menu, and you can taste the care and dedication that Chef Iván puts into every dish. Furthermore, Luca provided wonderful service: very kind, attentive, and professional at all times. Without a doubt, it was a fantastic choice, and my partner and I wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant.
