03/04/2024: The view from up was awesome. It's now a restaurant, but when we walked in, we saw staff and yet no one approached us to see if we wanted to eat or anything like that. Could it be because both my friend and I were black!?

What disappointed me enormously was the "tagliata", good in itself but which, despite having requested it "very rare", was instead served to me on a hot tray which was overcooked... I love meat and I know how to cook it. ..

14/03/2024: Clean, welcoming, heated room. Super comfortable bed. Bathroom with all accessories, large shower. Meals (fixed menu lunches and dinners) are delicious, plentiful and at a very low price. Excellent overall quality/price ratio.
05/03/2024: rooms a little small and in need of modernization, especially the electrical systems e.g. taken, but overall it is appreciable

24/03/2024: We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse for one night, my husband, my son and I.
We had a very good dinner, good and well served food, all genuine and of excellent quality, excellent wines!
The possibility of tasting the wines by the glass allowed us to taste various of them, they are all really very good! Our dachshund was well received and pampered by the owner of the farmhouse 😀
The room was spacious, clean and welcoming.
The area is very beautiful, between Vicenza and Verona, the castles of Romeo and Juliet are just a few minutes away by car. It was a wonderful experience, we hope to return. Isabella
16/03/2024: We arrive late in the evening at the Riva Ratta farmhouse in Montecchio Maggiore. They welcomed us in an appropriate and professional way. The room is in a rustic style like the whole farm, welcoming and clean. We decided to also try the cuisine, the food was very good. The friendly staff.. delicate and accurate service.. come and try... We were satisfied.. We will return..

04/01/2024: Davvero deludente. Mancanza di professionalità e di educazione. Alla richiesta del mio fidanzato di un piatto senza glutine, proprietario e dipendenti hanno fatto storie in quanto ‘non avevano tempo di poter garantire quanto richiesto ‘e dopo essersi messi finalmente d’accordo sull’unico piatto che poteva essere servito, lo hanno portato quando gli altri componenti del tavolo non erano ancora arrivati.
Inoltre alla richiesta di presenza di glutine in alcuni piatti, non sono stati in grado di rispondere nonostante sia previsto dalla normativa europea.
Nel 2024 non é accettabile una cosa del genere. Sconsigliato al massimo!
22/12/2023: Non ci sono parole per descrivere la maleducazione dei titolari.
Alla richiesta di un mio amico, di una collaborazione per cercare un piatto adatto ad una persona celiaca, non solo hanno negato qualsiasi tipo di aiuto, senza avere nessun tipo di sensibilità, ma con grande maleducazione e arroganza hanno preso in giro questo tipo di intolleranza e hanno presentato l'unico piatto concordato, quando gli altri presenti a tavola stavano ancora consultato il menù.
Una vera vergogna!
