12/11/2025: If you want pizza, Vesuvio is the answer. While the entrance is a bit shabby and the first dining room gives a bad impression, the interior terrace is very pleasant. An extensive pizza menu that will make your mouth water, thin crust (the authentic kind) and perfectly baked. We ordered a Caprese salad first to whet our appetites, and ended up dipping our bread in it: tomato, mozzarella, olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste... a pleasure that can only be experienced in Italy, no matter how much they try to copy it elsewhere.

30/11/2025: A really expensive place. Which isn't a problem if you eat well. The point is, we didn't eat well: the potatoes were oily, they tasted like old oil (I don't know if we arrived just before the oil change and were just unlucky). The sandwich cost €15 and wasn't all that great or refined as described on the menu. The potatoes weren't included: €4 each to avoid finishing them because they were barely edible. It's a real shame. Last year when we were there, we left really happy and ate well. I don't know what happened.
Total: €56 for two.
The only really positive note: the entrée was really good and out of the ordinary, the service excellent, and the atmosphere welcoming.

10/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, very good food. We had lunch with friends, with various mixed starters and main courses. Everything was really good, the ribs were exceptional. The service was a bit impersonal, but efficient and fast. The interior was unimpressive, but the outdoor area was really nice.
26/10/2025: A guarantee. Everything was perfect, from the appetizers to the desserts, including the service and the view. The University of Grilling.

02/07/2025: Ended up here by chance during our bike ride on the way to Venice. Had a great lunch, surprisingly good. Incredibly tasty super fresh shrimps and octopus. There is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Slightly dated interior, but that certainly has its charm
28/05/2025: I happened upon it by chance on a Sunday when the highway entrance was closed... what a pleasant surprise! The place has elegant furnishings and details, and soothing background music.
The owners are truly helpful, welcoming, and courteous. The menu is varied and carefully crafted, and the presentation is breathtaking! The book with a description of each person's personality based on their birthday, found at the counter at the entrance, is beautiful. We're from Bergamo, and now that we've discovered this enchanting place, we'll definitely be back. 🔝🔝

20/10/2025: The atmosphere is too loud. Some pizza smells, like onion pizza, tend to linger in the room, and you're forced to wash your clothes when you get home. The pizzas are good, however, but as for the food, the main courses are limited and the portions are small. They don't even have a simple grilled steak. I liked it initially, but over time, it's become a bit disappointing.

19/08/2025: I've been wanting to try this agriturismo's cuisine for a long time, and I finally got around to it during a family reunion. The place, as the name suggests, is a bit out of the way, and honestly, that's a plus. Nestled in the green hills of Marostica, this place exudes peace and serenity, and in these days' heat, even a bit of relief.
The Foraman chef is extraordinary, attentive to the selection of ingredients, which are authentic and mostly sourced from his own farm. He takes great care in preparing his dishes, as well as in the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises.
I definitely recommend this agriturismo!

07/12/2025: A real surprise. At Osteria Sasso Stefani, you feel right at home from the first minute: the staff is quick, attentive, kind, and above all, smart—they understand what you need before you even open your mouth.
The food is the highlight: platters of cured meats that are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, the Celtic beef stew with Guinness is worth the trip, perfectly made fries, impeccable baked beans, and fresh, soft bread (which is far from obvious). Generous portions, no stinginess.
The atmosphere is that of a true osteria: simple, clean, and tidy. The red wine is fragrant and pleasant, perfect for pairing everything.
Ultimately, a truly wonderful discovery. A must-see when passing through Valsugana. Highly recommended.
