19/04/2026: First experience, Dandelion-themed dinner, we loved everything! For me, being vegetarian, they changed the menu accordingly. We had a great time, the staff was very kind and welcoming. I miss the photo of the dessert, it was delicious 😋🫶.

Intimate, quiet, and clean atmosphere with excellent taste. Outdoor terrace with additional seating. Impeccable service. Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous staff. Top-notch wine list. 20/04/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times and have always been delighted. Yesterday, we celebrated my daughter's confirmation. The aperitif served on the terrace was a huge plus, appreciated by everyone. Some of our guests chose the meat and some the fish tasting menu, and all the dishes fully met our expectations. Each dish was a true experience of flavors, with excellent presentation and quality ingredients. Great attention was paid to even the smallest details and requests. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Additionally, one thing I particularly like is that this restaurant is run by a young team: Luca, a brilliant young chef who offers modern and highly refined cuisine, and Giorgia, the focal point of the dining room, who recommended and introduced us to excellent wines ranging from Veneto, Piedmont, Sicily, France, and Argentina. Among all the excellent dishes, I'd like to give special mention to the "risotto with saffron, licorice, and scallop" and the "wild boar fillet with mashed potatoes and raspberries." The dessert, "wild berry panna cotta with berries and brownie," may seem like a predictable dessert, but it was truly amazing and garnered compliments with every spoonful. Finally, thanks to the entire team who did an impeccable job and made yesterday truly special. Luca was a great host who, at the end of the meal, knew how to entertain us even outside the kitchen. 01/05/2026: The restaurant, despite being a holiday, was not crowded (which is a good thing for me). A supreme gem, I hope it never gets discovered by TikTok or overtourism. Excellent prices and generous portions. The staff were incredibly friendly, as was the limoncello served at the end. The venison was absolutely stunning, delicious.

09/05/2026: It's almost a regular stop for business lunches now. I only order one dish so as not to weigh myself down, otherwise I'd eat the whole thing... I've always found the dishes inviting and tasty. Sometimes they even offer dessert... Bravo!

04/01/2026: We went to dinner this evening, recommended by the owners of the B&B where we're staying. The owner was incredibly kind and very funny! This restaurant is known for its gnocchi, homemade by his mother and sister. We obviously ordered them and were delighted, especially the ones with traditional ragù. A ragù cooked in a 14-liter terracotta pot for 5 hours! For our entrée, they brought us warm bread and butter from a local mountain hut. It was incredibly delicious because it was made with candied lemon and thyme (I hope I'm wrong), but it was truly delicious! We didn't get a second course because we were so full, but we couldn't pass up dessert! I'm attaching a photo of mine. I ordered the apple tart with salted caramel and cinnamon. I can't describe it because it was so good and not cloying... this restaurant has a very young pastry chef who takes care of the desserts. They were indeed balanced and plated to perfection. My boyfriend had the "360 Chocolate" which was made up of various chocolate-based desserts assembled together. Everything was delicious!!

01/05/2026: I returned this evening after a long time and rediscovered the magic of what had remained in my heart since the first time. I was saddened not to find the old hearth again, but even more saddened to know that the lady of the house passed away shortly before my mother. The sweetness of my mustache is infinite. It's always an honor to come up from the city to visit you, where time stands still and I rediscover a little of what feels like home. The pizza, as always, is excellent. 🖤
