04/09/2025: The restaurant is worth it. Especially in good weather. There's a fantastic terrace overlooking the vineyards and olive groves. Excellent cuisine. Good, light dishes, including a few vegetarian dishes and recipes. I didn't see any vegan options. We had a great time, and the prices are super fair. They also have their own bottles. Wheelchair accessible.

03/09/2025: Excellent dinner at very reasonable prices! Spectacular view of the Altavilla hills. Friendly, accommodating staff, always ready to answer any questions! Highly recommended!

04/08/2025: Thanks to a friend, we had the opportunity to try stockfish, and I'd say the experience was truly positive. Both in the risotto and as a main course with polenta, it was truly satisfying. The liter of house white wine in a carafe was also good. We'll be back as soon as possible.

17/07/2025: A Michelin-starred restaurant in a small village on the edge of the Vicenza hills, a bit out of the way. The surprise menu is reserved for first-time guests (though I had been there several years ago, when it first opened). The dining room is minimalist, a bit dark, but with a splendid open kitchen, which, by the end of the evening, will be spotless. Dinner consists of a dozen or so dishes, some amazing (the fake macaroni with wild boar ragù), others more ordinary (the cuttlefish). The quality is high, however. The wine list is decidedly well-stocked, and the service impeccable. I won't mention the bill because I was a guest. It certainly deserves its star and a visit from anyone who wants to eat and drink very well.

20/08/2025: An excellent dining experience: the dumplings with mountain butter and the goulash with polenta were delicious... the service was very friendly and quick! The location is beautiful, with a solarium overlooking the woods.

26/07/2025: I was here for dinner with friends. As soon as I arrived, I immediately thought it was a restaurant disguised as a farmhouse, given the renovated structure. Once we sat down, seeing the menu and the prices confirmed my impression. As for the dishes, they were good but nothing out of this world. We spent €45 each for shared appetizers, a main course with a side dish (mine was 4 pork ribs with 2 slices of polenta, €16), dessert, water, and wine. True to form, as I've read in other reviews... the rib eye steak was €7.50 per 100 grams. It was out of this world. At the end of the dinner, we left a considerable sum, not even a complimentary digestif. I won't be returning. There are better places out there.

21/08/2025: I went there for lunch today with my husband. We were greeted very warmly. They are very friendly, helpful, and available to answer any questions. The food is excellent, from the homemade pasta to the meat cooked directly over the embers of the fireplace in the dining room. I recommend it to anyone who finds themselves near Asiago. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. 👍👏

03/08/2025: Questo albergo-ristorante prende il nome da Giovanni Stedile, abitante di Posina combattente per la libertà, al fianco di Garibaldi, il quale aprì l'osteria nel 1890, ancora oggi a conduzione famigliare.Questo luogo è migliorato via via grazie alle opere degli eredi che ripropongono anche piatti rielaborati in chiave moderna pur integrando la tradizione.Il personale molto ospitale segue i clienti in modo impeccabile con puntualità e piatti caserecci e saporiti.Molti i primi piatti, i taglieri di prodotti locali ma soprattutto gnocchi a farla da principe, fatti a mano con le patate di Posina e mani sapienti.

16/07/2025: This hotel is a great base for exploring the 52 tunnels of Pasubio and surrounding area - excellent suggestions for day trips from our host. We stayed 5 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent service from the friendly staff, spotless rooms with updated bathrooms (best showers) and balcony views made it so good. The restaurant - wow. We ate better breakfast and dinner (half board) here than anywhere else during our holiday in Italy. We will be back.

We tried to make a reservation and were really lucky because we found everything we were looking for: very fresh and delicious fish!! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be back soon.
