03/08/2025: If you're looking to organize an event, this is the place to be. Eva is kind and helpful, able to meet every client's need, as are Giuseppe and Pietro. The food is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable, and whether it's a lunch or dinner, a wedding, or any other event, you're guaranteed a great experience here. The quality/price ratio is fantastic. I definitely recommend it.
24/07/2025: The "Dai Gelosi" restaurant is a point of reference where the extreme courtesy and professionalism of the staff is accompanied by excellent cuisine, no less so the hospitality and friendliness of the owners, 5 stars without hesitation!

The staff were super welcoming, they made you feel at home!
The food was all excellent! The value for money was also excellent.
They brought us a glass of prosecco and a crostini as soon as we arrived, which isn't something everyone gets!
The dessert was also delicious.
We were truly fascinated and will definitely be back very soon!

Our experience was very pleasant, a dinner to remember... I highly recommend it, a must-visit for anyone in the area!

28/07/2025: Spinechile is a truly special place. The location is stunning, surrounded by greenery, with a tiny dining room and a window offering a breathtaking view of the valley. The atmosphere is elegant but not at all cold; you immediately feel at ease.
The cuisine is creative, made with incredible ingredients, and every dish is a surprise. Some pairings are bold but incredibly well-executed. The service is impeccable, attentive but never pretentious.
It's one of those experiences you'll remember, where you realize there's so much thought and passion behind it. Highly recommended if you want a truly unique dinner experience.

The restaurant is always well-maintained and the service excellent.
The 8-course menu (alchemy) is spectacular in my opinion.

19/07/2025: Per me questo è il miglior baccalà alla vicentina in assoluto. Ci andavo fin da ragazzo, quando il locale era in piazza e si chiamava locanda centrale, e continuo a tornare una tantum per togliermi la voglia di baccalà.

15/07/2025: The food is excellent. Fantastic gnocchi, and I think the rib-eye steak couldn't have been better. The fried eggplant was excellent. The dessert was excellent. The rabosello was also delicious. We had lunch outside; there's a porch that protects us from any rain. The woman who served us was very welcoming and helpful. We stopped in after the hike and had made reservations. It was a pleasure to discover this place.
We'll be back and... highly recommended!!!
