15/04/2025: I gave it 1 star... I didn't eat here because when I called to make a dinner reservation I ended up at another place. I don't understand why if I call Macello di Bacco they get a different restaurant without even telling me it's not Macello di Bacco!!!!!!

27/07/2025: Prenotato tramite the fork. Personale cordiale e disponibile (avevo avuto un problema che mi ha fatto rischiare di non poter andare a cena, ma mi hanno accolto lo stesso con 40 min di ritardo dalla prenotazione). Noi abbiamo mangiato pesce per cui non posso valutare la carne, ma quello che abbiamo mangiato era molto buono. Il fritto di calamari molto buono, la tagliata di tonno io l’avrei cotta leggermente meno ma comunque era buona. Il vino rosè alla spina non il massimo. Ci siamo trovati tutto sommato bene e il prezzo è stato ragionevole per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Lo consiglio

29/07/2025: Tucked behind a wine shop in Hotel Veronesi La Torre , Signorvino La Torre opens out into a bright, lively space. The decor is modern yet warm, featuring marble tables, green and rust-toned elements, exposed brick, and industrial-style lighting. The restaurant was at around 60% capacity at 8:30 PM but filled up considerably by 10 PM, mostly with a local crowd, which added to the lively — though at times noisy — atmosphere. Service was friendly but a bit disorganised; we had to wait for cutlery even after the food arrived, slightly delaying the meal. That said, the staff made an effort to create a special moment with a playful relighting candle on the tiramisu. Food & Drink • what was meant to be the Complimentary bread had a 3 euro charge for each person. It was a nice touch, though it would have benefited from butter or oil. • Set Menu (35€) offers great value — two courses and two wines. À la carte options are also available, including a bottle of Amarone for just 34€, a real find. Starters: • Fried Mix Platter: Courgette flowers, stuffed olives, and cheese arancini. Rich, crispy, and satisfying — ideal for sharing. Mains: • Mezze Maniche alla Carbonara with Black Truffle (+4€) Rich, creamy, and deeply flavoured with Romano cheese and truffle flakes. The crispy pork jowl added great texture — a standout dish and excellent value at 17€ total. • Cotoletta Rustica (“Zorzi” style) Thin, crisp, and well-seasoned. Served with roast potatoes — simple but satisfying. Desserts: • Tiramisu was a letdown — the sponge-to-cream ratio was off, lacking the lightness expected. • Sbrisolona Mantovana (crumbly nut biscuit with crème anglaise) was average — pleasant but unremarkable. Verdict: Signorvino La Torre delivers good food at fair prices, especially the pasta and wine. While the service had minor flaws and the desserts underwhelmed, the vibrant ambiance and solid main courses make it a worthwhile stop — especially if you’re a truffle lover or wine enthusiast.

28/06/2025: Signorvino, un bel negozio dove osservare, pensare e assaggiare vino per ogni gusto . Guidata da Vanessa ho scelto alcune bottiglie di Amarone Ca' La Bionda, Lugana Ca'dei Frati, Lugana le Marzaiole e altri. Professionalità e anche buoni prezzi . Grazie

08/05/2025: Una critica costruttiva, Il Signore ha gia castigato gli intolleranti al lattosio. Mi chiedo , perché fare pagare 4 € extra Per un pseudo formaggio vegano che a mio avviso ha rovinato il gusto della pizza, Il quale viene messo al posto dell’ottimo fior di latte che usate . Questo è il mio parere personale (Pizzaiolo per passione da 40 anni)

22/06/2025: Nel centro storico di Lazise, a pochi passi dalla riva del lago di Garda, trovate questo ristorante con posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno. Diverse le pietanze tra cui scegliere (anche pizze cotte al forno a legna), noi abbiamo optato per una porzione di spaghetti di mare e una di maccheroncini alla norma, bevendo 2 birre medie e concludendo poi con una panna cotta al caramello e un croccantino all'amarena come dessert. Tutto molto buono con prezzi nella media (totale di 61,50 euro), servizio molto cortese e rapido anche con il locale pieno!

20/07/2025: Sono un amante dei ristoranti tipici di montagna .la Stua è una di quelle che negli anni si era fatta un nome e prestigio , purtroppo è cambiato tutto .Recentemente ci siamo andati per fare un pranzo di compleanno , posto sempre bellissimo ma freddo.Preso aperitivi aime’ fatti da personale giovane e impreparato ,risultato imbevibili (qui colpa del proprietario che l’ha messo lì,non per il fatto che fosse giovane,ma che fosse impreparato),e vabbè . Iniziato il pranzo con tipici gnocchi di malga pressoché immangiabili , il secondo famoso stinco , insipido con del sugo che per me non era il suo sugo di cottura e patate di contorno sembravano quelle in sacchetto surgelate che non legavano per niente . Esperienza totalmente negativa anche sull’acqua microfiltrata al costo di 2,50 che personalmente non piace, la preferisco in bottiglia ,che lì non la tengono e pure non te lo dicono , cosa che per me è scorretta.Tengo a dire l’unico che ha mangiato e’ il mio cane , mi piace dire così !I bei ricordi della stua sono andati sfumati .

03/06/2025: Rifugio/Ristorante molto bello, ben curato con personale gentile. Le pietanze che abbiamo mangiato erano molto buone, il servizio nonostante il locale fosse affollato sono stati velocissimi. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

16/07/2025: Wir besuchten die Casa degli Spiriti in Costermano am 14. Juli und hatten große Erwartungen - vor allem wegen der einmaligen Lage. Die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Das Panorama über den Gardasee ist wunderschön und kaum in Worte zu fassen. Auch das Ambiente und der Flair des Lokals sind auf den ersten Blick beeindruckend. Doch leider endete der positive Eindruck beim Essen und Service. Sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgericht kamen mit einer identischen, weißen und geschmacklich undefinierbaren Soße - einfallslos und dem Preisniveau in keiner Weise gerecht. Geschmacklich leider eine völlige Enttäuschung. Auch der Service ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Die Kellner waren unfreundlich und wirkten aufdringlich. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass auf eine subtile, aber spürbare Weise versucht wurde, uns zu möglichst vielen Bestellungen zu bewegen - als ginge es mehr um Umsatz als um das Wohl der Gäste. Das Lokal vermittelt nach außen einen Anspruch, dem es weder kulinarisch noch im Umgang mit Gästen gerecht wird. Die Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch und Realität ist leider groß. Sehr schade - wir kommen nicht wieder.

06/07/2025: Wir hatten einen Tisch auf der oberen Terrasse zum Abendessen reserviert. Das Wetter war traumhaft und wir haben das Abendessen sehr genossen 👌. Wir sind gerne bereit Qualität entsprechend zu bezahlen. Allerdings sollte unserer Meinung nach das Verhältnis Preis / Leistung angepasst werden, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

15/03/2025: Siamo andati per la cena di laurea di mia figlia e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla atmosfera, dal buon cibo e dalla intimità di questo magnifico ristorante. Un locale raffinato ed elegante e dei piatti curati nei minimi dettagli e di alta qualità. Un ringraziamento al titolare per la cortesia e la gentile disponibilità.

The food was divine, every dish was carefully prepared and stylishly presented, with a breathtaking view, but what made the evening even more special was the staff: friendly, professional, and highly qualified. The waiters were always available and helped us choose the best dishes, with a passion and knowledge of the menu that made all the difference. Ristorante Ai Beati is a true gem, don't miss it! 5 stars aren't enough, I'd like to give it 10!
