02/03/2026: Now I understand the low rating, the food is not bad just average and not worth the price we paid. We had the seafood and the meat set meal cost 19 and 17 and they charge 5 for bottle of water, everywhere in Italy is 3. This is first few restaurants once cross the bridge from the train station, you’ll find find more options further down

23/02/2026: The usual annoying situation that makes Italy look bad, because they take advantage of foreigners who stop at the outlet, thinking they’re going to eat well. Instead, what happened to us yesterday happens: we ended up eating low-quality pizzas at outrageous prices. Go outside the outlet, into the nearest town, and you’ll find better service, better quality, and normal prices.
16/02/2026: I went for a quick bite to eat with my family, and between waiting for a table and for my order (3 pizzas) to arrive, over an hour passed. I should point out that the place was half empty.
When the pizzas arrived, I complained to the waiter that the pizza dough was half raw. Basically, an experience I won't repeat.

27/04/2025: Es un lugar encantador junto al agua para cenar y ver la puesta de sol. Elegimos el restaurante por sus opciones de gluten. El camarero estaba muy bien informado y nos habló a través de las muchas opciones. Están muy acertados con los requisitos dietéticos y tienen tres tipos diferentes de mozzarella (regular, sin lactosa y vegana). El vino de la casa era muy agradable. Experiencia encantadora.

06/01/2026: I visit Chioggia often with my parents, who are originally from Chioggia. I'm very saddened by the "tourist trap" that is Bacaro Morgan, which paints a bad image of this beautiful city and its inhabitants. The prices are ridiculous, the quality is terrible, the portions are tiny and don't even match the menu, and above all, the rudeness and impoliteness of the staff serving tables and even at the cash register. I'm very sorry.
06/01/2026: I don't like writing negative reviews, but, driven by the well-executed social media hype, I drove 60 km to try this place, but I couldn't find anything that was advertised. It's not a true bacaro, nor a restaurant in a fairytale location, perhaps a tourist dream. The prices aren't cheap. The food wasn't special. I'd recommend reviewing a few aspects, but if you're looking for a quick stop-and-go clientele, counting on tourism in beautiful Chioggia, then it's best to leave it alone. The waiters were friendly and helpful. It's a shame.

14/07/2025: My VERY SIMPLE request (to get a cooler) took them literally twenty minutes. I could have easily gone in and gotten it myself, saving myself a lifetime of time.
And with the long wait, we even forgot the €80 ball there. Shameful.
07/07/2025: Perfect location, right on the sea, with a private beach area. Great breakfast buffet, fantastic lunch buffet, and very good dinner. Great staff!

08/12/2025: The service was appalling; they only speak Italian, and because they didn't understand me, they were incredibly rude, especially one dark-haired woman. What an unpleasant and disrespectful woman! Go further down the road and definitely avoid this place.
07/12/2025: We stopped for coffee and a small panettone, and it was very good. Everything was delicious, and the girl was very friendly.

20/03/2026: We went there twice and enjoyed it immensely. The location was fantastic, with plenty of sunshine. The Aperol was excellent, and the pizza and bruschetta were also very good.
We'll definitely be back when we visit Venice again.

The fruit was tasteless; I assume it was originally frozen.

02/03/2026: They have a menu that includes a main course and a second course of meat or fish. I opted for meat, but it wasn't meat. The menu says beef chop, but when it arrives, it's a breaded chicken breast steak.
25/11/2025: The staff was extremely unfriendly. They refused to give me coffee and a table reservation. The man, most likely the owner, was extremely rude. I definitely don't want to go back.

07/09/2025: We ate pizza from here several times while we were in Sottomarina. Both at Ice & Fire - and as a take away. Every time it was a really positive experience 😀 Super good pizzas and super friendly service. (You can get 1 large pizza to share with different fillings on each half, if 2 smaller pizzas are too much). Can only recommend the place 😄
03/09/2025: A rather unpleasant Italian, just as you'd imagine them.
We don't know how to say prosciutto, so he pretends he doesn't understand anything.
And that famous jamón of discord was really not good.
