08/06/2025: Overpriced and not very good quality food they will try to overwhelm you with better wines and better supposedly dishes. Please go somewhere else in Venice and stay away from this restaurant. Service is so bad we didn't see the waiter until he come to bring us the check..... no one asked us how was our food after being served. For a 300 for dinner please go somewhere else. They also added a 12% service fee claiming it was a tax from the city while we have been in Venice for 2 days no other restaurant charged a city tax.

06/07/2025: Terrible experience: we were there yesterday to celebrate a hen party. Aperitif agreed 4/5 months ago. Unfortunately the number of 12 has been reduced to 9. We notify in advance and Francesca very kindly replies, via email, that there are no problems. Once we arrive she doesn't let us talk, she doesn't know how to re-proportion the cost of the sunbeds because she says that the cost varies, remaining vague and saying in a very arrogant way to look at the cost on the internet. For the aperitif we ask her about the possibility of having non-alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (for several pregnant girls) and she replies that she can't re-proportion the price and then in an arrogant and aggressive way she says "since we haven't prepared anything yet, you can go for an aperitif somewhere else". I don't know if Francesca is an owner or an employee, in both cases, a senseless and intolerable attitude for a person who works with the public. Shameful!!! ps in the morning we took two carafes, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic, for the modest sum of 20 euros each, no difference in price, even though the bartender had told us to put Fanta and juice in the non-alcoholic drink!

24/06/2025: I will have a bad memory, I am writing the review after the second day that I go back and forth to the bathroom, I understand the seasonal work but all this stress at the beginning of the season was really exaggerated, hysterical owner who goes face to face with the diners because they ask to make a separate bill, we asked for 5 minutes to split the money with the talking receipt and he responded trembling and screaming to move and give him €30 each, apart from the pacchero and the fried potatoes the rest was really low-level, especially the salad with shrimp tartare, it tasted of pure ice, at least a little lemon zest or salt would have hidden the terrible quality. The girls in the dining room were very kind and helpful, they have potential, the place is not for them.

30/06/2025: We took 3 spaghetti with clams (that's what it said on the menu) instead spaghetti with clams, nothing to do with clams €15 per portion, not even in a fish restaurant do you pay that much, 2 fried foods, 1 of which with a sole that smelled rotten!!!!! I pointed it out to the waiter who smelled it, making a face as if to say oh my god! The intervention of the "lady" perhaps the owner, was unprofessional to say the least! Apart from the rudeness (given that the restaurant has been open for 60 years) with an attitude to make fun of us she told me that 4 people in the kitchen smelled it and that the sole has that smell!!!!! 3 spaghetti with clams, 2 fried foods, 1l of wine 2 water 2 salads (mignon) €120

19/08/2025: A basic place with very little choice. The lady at the counter wouldn't let us sit because the bar was being requisitioned by construction workers who hadn't arrived yet (11:00 AM). I ordered two HOT fruit juices for €3 each. Totally rude.

14/07/2025: E' bello trovare nuove offerte nelle stazioni italiane (almeno in quelle di un acerta importanza). Noi, in transito a Venezia S. Lucia, pranziamo in questa pizzeria di un famoso brand e devo dire che la pizza è risultata molto buona, non uguale a quelle che si mangiano a Napoli, ma molto simile con un impasto leggero e una salsa molto buona e gustosa per niente acida. Personale cortese anche se sbrigativo ed è comprensibile vista la mole di persone che ospitano. Prezzi onestissimi ed in linea con una qualsiasi pizzeria di una grande città. Adiacente alla pizzeria c'è il locale per l'asporto con una buon offerta di pizze e dolci napoletani, oltre al caffè che devo dire non era all'altezza del'espresso napoletano nonostante la scritta lo publicizzasse. Poco male, se vi capita provate questo locale non sarete delusi.

27/06/2025: Pessima accoglienza perché non avevo atteso prima di sedermi. Locale vuoto e nessuno ad accogliere alla porta. Me ne sono andato.

05/03/2025: Great atmosphere! Even though the heater wasn't working properly, the waiter Davide saved the evening: he was always ready to turn it back on and even replace the gas cylinder. Furthermore, to keep us from freezing to death in the meantime, he even offered us hot panzerotti. I highly recommend it.

18/07/2025: Very nice atmosphere. I give it 5 stars because of the atmosphere and the food. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

10/07/2025: We had 4 spritzes and 8 cicchetti for 64 euros. They were good, but we found 64 euros a bit pricey. Obviously, if we had seen the prices, we wouldn't have stayed.

22/05/2025: Seppur veneziani doc ci hanno un po' fregato sui prezzi ma ce ne siamo accorti a casa . Che figura di m......la prossima volta se torneremo guarderò meglio lo scontrino

29/07/2025: Qualità dei prodotti molto buona, servizio cordiale ed abbastanza veloce. Prezzi in linea per un buon ristorante di pesce. In media sui 50-60 Euro a persona per 2 portate (a persona), vino, caffè e dolce.

07/04/2025: Sono in zona per lavoro. Mi consigliano di pranzare in questo ristorante. Entro nel parcheggio molto spazioso ed entro nel ristorante che si presenta bene. Personale accogliente. Mi consigliano dei fuori menù come piatto del giorno. Asparagi con granseola come antipasto. Un buon piatto ma tre asparagi con un cucchiaio di uovo ed uno di granseola non valeva i 22 euro richiesti. Come non valeva il san pietro fritto con carciofi fritti 25 euro. Come rovinare un ottimo pesce. Non proponetelo più per favore. Capite benissimo che senza tutti gli altri costi come acqua caffè e coperto ho già speso 47 euro senza nessuna soddisfazione. Non dico di non andarci perché non sarebbe corretto ma di prestare l’attenzione che io non ho prestato chiedendo il costo del fuori menù prima di avventurarvi nell’ordine e rimanerci male sia nel mangiare che nel pagare.

02/05/2025: Pranzo a seguito di gita a Venezia. Locale situato a 10 minuti da piazza San Marco in un calle di passaggio. Cameriere molto gentile e disponibile, non insistente. Abbiamo preso due acque minerali, un antipasto di pesce della casa, linguine con vongole e cozze (leggermente pepato) e linguine allo scoglio. Piatti abbondanti, pesce fresco, tutto molto buono. Due acque, un antipasto di pesce, due primi = 58 euro.

19/04/2025: Petite terrasse au soleil, serveur agréable mais rien de surprenant. Base de pizza congelée. Tomate mozzarella léger je ne recommande pas

20/06/2025: It's anything but an American bar. Service very fast, even too fast, you don't have time to say anything else that the waitress had already run away. Advice for those at the cash register, a little smile if you decide to work with the public.

27/07/2025: When I asked for the bill, they didn't give me a receipt, so I don't know if I paid a reasonable price or if I'd been tricked. I also ordered cannelloni, thinking they'd be gratin, and they were just cannelloni with a pretty average sauce on top. It's fine for the meal, but... it leaves something to be desired. The fact that pigeons are hanging around doesn't help the feeling of cleanliness.

25/07/2025: The waiter offered us a croissant, but it was inedible, probably defrosted, and expensive (€3.50). The tables weren't cleaned, and one table was rusty and had ruined my t-shirt. The toilets were very dirty, flies everywhere. Run away! Go to Pasticceria Puppa, a few minutes' walk away, delicious chocolate croissant at €1.50.

08/05/2025: Scoperta per caso questa trattoria fuori dal centro di Chioggia Località Saloni. Locale sempre pieno a pranzo, si consiglia prenotazione. Personale molto bravo e super attento ai tavoli, con servizio molto veloce. Propongono un menù del giorno oppure alla carta. Piatti abbondanti e di ottima qualità con pesce fresco di giornata. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene ed abbiamo pranzato per 3 giorni di seguito. Ritorniamo sicuramente!! Bravissimi tutti!!

20/07/2025: Overall, the gelato is good and edible, and the wide range of flavors to choose from is a significant plus for those who are hesitant. The price is definitely too high, €3 for a small portion that you won't find even in tourist traps. An added bonus is the choice of yogurt with various toppings.

19/08/2025: Great, authentic restaurant. Very good food, friendly and unobtrusive staff. The best bruschetta I've ever eaten. Bottom line: highly recommended ☺️
