16/08/2024: Great beer and bar snacks. We had the mozzarella prosciutto bites. Good selection of craft beers and best in Venice so far. Great spot by riverside. Sampled the Borderline Pale Ale

18/06/2024: Intrigued by some reviews, we went to this place for lunch, trying to eat fish, but it turned out to be a negative experience. Maybe it's better to eat pizza or non-fish dishes.

16/08/2024: We had vongole, fried squid and shrimp, grilled scallops, raw oysters, local Venetian beer, and for dessert we had chocolate cake, semifreddo, and tiramisu.
Everything was delicious.
If I had more room in my stomach, I would have loved to have more! !
If I ever visit this island again, I will definitely come back.
This is a store that I can personally recommend.

30/06/2024: À Chaque fois je suis à Venise je viens manger qu’à Rio Novo. Pour moi c est meilleur qualité prix. Tout est frais, très délicieux, les serveurs sont adorables et la vu est fantastique au bord de l’eau. L’adresse et stationnement sont faciles, à l’entrée principale de la vielle ville, de la gare et tout transport.
16/06/2024: Tout était parfait , plein de petites attentions , pain gratuit, limoncello offert avec un chocolat
Personnel souriant et très gentil
Plats copieux et bons ( nous avons pris des pâtes à la carbonate et au saumon) , cadre agréable au bord du canal

30/08/2024: We had spaghetti carbonara, it was average. I doubt there was guanciale in it, it seemed more like pancetta. The pasta itself was overcooked.
The worst thing from our visit was our waiter. We came with a small dog and asked him if he could bring us water for him. He pointed to a plastic bowl near the entrance and rudely told us to grab the bowl and fill it with water in the bathroom ourselves. Which meant that we had to go through the whole restaurant with bowl filled with water. This was not even caused by waiter being busy because there was no one else apart from us in the restaurant, the waiter was just busy chatting with another waiter. This has never happened to us in a restaurant. We were planning to have a dessert after the main course but we didn't want to spend any more time and money in this restaurant. The behavior of our waiter is also the reason why we didn't leave any tip for him, even though we always tip the waiters. If you want to go to a restaurant where they actually care about their guests, then avoid this one.

27/07/2024: if you are going to or returning from Jesolo it is worth it... there are no waterfalls at the entrance but that's fine... top quality and fresh fizz that goes down well!

30/11/2023: You'll think...I'm in Caorle, a seaside place, I'm going to look for a fish restaurant...and it fits...but for once if you pass by these parts you absolutely must taste the various meat specialties that this place offers...among other things very careful in detail, rustic and elegant in the same way.. the staff is very attentive, organized and kind.. the scent of the BBQ that you breathe makes you hungry..😅😊

25/08/2024: I must say that due to my knowledge of fish restaurants, this place is worth including among my favourites.
The venue is not very large, it would be preferable to call in advance to book.
I have been there four times and I was very satisfied both in terms of quality and quantity, I have always preferred the fish and I can recommend the reef, the fried food which is excellent and the mussel saute is very welcome, I also recommend the boiled fish.
No problem for disabled people, there are no steps or obstacles.
The price in my opinion is normal.
10/08/2024: It is a nice restaurant, easily accessible. The food, all fish!!! prepared fresh on the spot but without long waits. The spaghetti with seafood is SUPERB!!! The frying, for which they are famous, is excellent and very filling. Lemon sgroppino is what you need after dinner. The wine is excellent. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED

11/07/2024: I have eaten here several times, it is fine for the price, it was warm and cooked and sufficient. I do not expect a very extensive menu, but there is plenty of choice. The staff only speak Italian. I think the salad is very tasty and nicely presented. The meat is fine and the fries are delicious. A bit sad, but I will probably eat there more often when I come to Dolo, there is plenty of parking in the area

14/08/2024: Very good pizza but very unpleasant waiter with foreign tourists.
I want to pay for my slice of pizza contactless it didn't work so I thought I would have to insert the card the waiter looks at me and yells at me very aggressively pin several times without any sign of politeness
12/08/2024: Very tasty food, fast service and almost no waiting time. Best pizza dough in a long time. Prices okay too. Highly recommended!

04/05/2024: Has to be the bar with the best view. Never too busy. On a Sunny day, well worth the trip to s. Giorgo to the see the view from the camanile and then the short hop on the nr. 2 to Zitelle for a drink and snacks in the sun.
