09/06/2026: I went there as a gift from my dearest friends, and I must say I discovered a fantastic place. The quality and skill of both the kitchen and the service staff... beautiful under the portico on a first sunny Sunday.

05/01/2026: I've been frequenting Jesolo and its bars for several years, but "Al Bacaro" is truly on another level.
Cicchetti and Venetian-style food in a stunning setting with a gondola "planted" on the veranda.
The staff and service are impeccable.
The food will make you regret not coming sooner.
If I could, I'd give it 20 stars.
Highly recommended.
If you're coming to Jesolo without coming here, you might as well stay home.

11/08/2026: The food is quite good. It depends on what you're eating. The salads are average, but the pasta is delicious. The portions are small for the price. Prices are certainly lower than in Venice, but for a family of four, €80 to €100 is easily manageable.
02/08/2026: The place looks very simple, but when it comes to the food, it is probably the best restaurant in Venice. The fried salmon was remarkable. We ordered it several times, and the quality was consistently excellent. We nicknamed it “sport salmon” because it must have gone to the gym regularly before being cooked: less fat, more taste. The other dishes we tried were also very well made. The service was very good, with just the right amount of attention, which is quite uncommon in Venice.

Impeccable service.

The fish is supposed to be excellent, but we were looking for a really good pizza – and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizzas seemed rather bland and didn't impress us.
It's a shame, because overall the restaurant made a good impression. Anyone dining here should probably stick to the fish dishes.

20/04/2026: Excellent pizza, tasty, great value, perhaps the best for takeout. Why 4 stars? The wait is always long on weekends.
