The hotel is really nice 😁 the breakfast is modest but the coffee by the canal is priceless 😁 the beer is tasty, we didn't try the cuisine, because we didn't have time, overall everything was great

Exceptional location, very close to major attractions but very quiet as well. Room was very clean but could be improved, some items were quite worn out. Breakfast was quite basic but enough to get you going. Staff was nice and polite.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all of Venice. It's just steps from St. Mark's Square, but in a quieter area, next to one of the canals. It's very easy to get there from the airport if you take the waterbus to the square. The palatial-style rooms are incredibly comfortable and charming, and the staff is excellent, always ready to help. The included breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I would definitely return.

Nice hotel, even if it's a bit old. Avoid the downstairs room, number 007; it's very noisy. It's located right next to the elevator and the kitchens, restaurant, and breakfast room. Impossible to get any rest—voices, chairs, dishes...! A shame, because otherwise the hotel is well located.

Hotel near St. Mark's Square, on a quiet street. The room was outdated and unfinished. The bedding was uncomfortable. The bathroom had pretty mosaics, but the shower door was broken, and there was limescale in the toilet. The room was excessively hot! It was impossible to sleep at 23 degrees Celsius. To turn off the heating, you had to open a window. There was a terrible smell on the last night. There is a courtyard, but it's inaccessible. The breakfast was very basic. No real bread! There was either a dense sliced ​​loaf or a defrosted pastry (which was returned the next day if not used because it was rock hard). Everything was low quality: ham, toilet paper... It's not worth 4 stars.

Honestly, can’t say enough good things about this place. Great people, service and location. They also partnered with a glass making company and got a free tour. Easy 10/10 experience
