20/04/2025: Highly recommended! We celebrated my daughter's Confirmation here coinciding with Easter and nevertheless they satisfied our every need and far exceeded our expectations! Delicious food, excellent service... Thanks to all the staff for helping to make this day unforgettable!

04/06/2025: Came across Da Ivo as we were walking and looking for a place to take a break and get some lunch. Clearly NOT your average touristy trattoria! The meal was excellent. The dining room, while quite compact, was beautifully appointed with some marvelous glass work on the light fixtures. My only complaint is the 'suggestions' by our waiter. We started out saying we wanted something light, maybe a beef carpaccio and a fresh salad. We ended up with a shrimp carpaccio, a prawn and fennel salad, and some deep fried soft shell crabs. Delicious. But I couldn't help but feel we were being steered to what he wanted us to buy, not buy what we had in mind. If we go back, a real possibility, I will take the controls!

Then we had fried fish, equally good and not greasy. Prices a little high but excellent quality. Very kind staff. 2 dumplings 1 fry 1 portion of chips 2 water €69

02/05/2025: On May 1st we booked a restaurant at midday and went to Chioggia: a nightmare! Arriving at 12.45, after an endless queue we were unable to find a parking space. In the end we had to cancel the reservation in the center but at 2pm we were in the car wandering aimlessly (and parking) on ​​the outskirts of Chioggia near the beach. The reviews of the Garibaldi restaurant were good so we called them even though we were aware of the opening hours and almost hopeless. They welcomed us last minute and without a reservation, even though they were already fully booked, and did their best to make up for our bad impression of the city's logistics. Excellent food, impeccable service and great courtesy from the owner. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy excellent fish in a friendly but also sophisticated environment. Then we went to see the sea and thanks to them we spent a pleasant May 1st with the family.

The quality of the food very low for both panzerotti with scallops and shrimps, and baccala trio ..... the dishes were only based on cream and made without waiting that their ingredients mixing well .... I won't ever come back

31/03/2025: Sono venuto qui un paio di volte e ogni volta mi sono goduto un bel bicchiere di vino rosso e anche del cibo. L'atmosfera è bella e la musica era fantastica la prima volta, con un po' di blues e jazz. È facile entrare da soli o con gli amici. I came here a few times and enjoyed a nice glass of red wine each time and also some food. The ambiance is good and the music was great the first time, with some blues and jazz. It's easy to go in alone or with friends.

20/04/2025: MALISSIMO. Andati a Pasqua, mangiato male e abbiamo finito alle ore 18, due tavoli si sono alzati da quanto lenti sono stati. Tra una portata e altra si aspettava un ora! E al momento del pagamento mi è stato risposto “ è normale”, ma normale cosa mica è un matrimonio! Vi consiglio di non andarci mai!

23/03/2025: Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con la mia famiglia ( 2 adulti e 2 bambini..... Che dire: purtroppo la stanza che ci hanno assegnato era davvero imbarazzante. Al check-in alla mia richiesta se ci fosse un'altra soluzione migliore il gestore mi risponde che tutte le stanze sono uguali e hanno il minimo indispensabile per dormire. La pulizia non era proprio il massimo, magari rientra nello standard del minimo indispensabile. Inoltre le pareti tra le stanze sono molto sottili avendo conseguenze sulla qualità del sonno. L'unica nota positiva è la colazione dove si possono degustare buone torte fatte in casa. La struttura ha sicuramente un grande potenziale ma la gestione va rivista in tutto e per tutto. Sconsiglio il pernotto a famiglie con bimbi piccoli.
