07/08/2026: We wanted to try this new place. It's very nice on the outside, but the inside is sterile, with a lot of chatter. Let's talk about the food. The mixed appetizer was €24 or €26, I don't remember... comparable to a pizzeria, not very fresh, very frozen, the serving size resting on the shell, the rest as mentioned. Baked sea bass, max 900g, decent, side dish, unwatchable. Turbot, max 900g, dry, with side dish equal to sea bass. Mine was served with the skin on. The tiramisu and strawberry sorbet were good. Poor service, very much like a low-end osteria. The tablecloths were decent, except for the wrapped paper napkin with the cutlery inside it... highway style... you can't see it, but then you're charging me €350 for three. Wrapped paper napkin? You're kidding me... I won't be back unless it's for a first course and a glass of wine... because the place is beautiful. And I forgot, the chairs and umbrellas are sponsored by an ice cream brand, like at a sports bar... no thanks.

01/08/2026: We experienced the most beautiful sunsets on the Venetian Lagoon here. Great service, great food, everything was top-notch. We'll be back.

We appreciated everything, from the welcome to the quality of the dishes. Each course speaks of the work, research, and passion that Alberto and his entire staff put into their work every day. You can sense that behind every dish there is commitment, care, and a strong desire to delight their guests. Great credit also goes to the dining room: Raffaele, along with the rest of the staff, was impeccable. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and always smiling, he helped us enjoy a truly enjoyable evening. It's clear that the entire team works with the same passion and the same goal: to make every guest feel special. Sincere congratulations to everyone. Allium is one of those restaurants where you don't just go to dine, but to enjoy an experience. We'll definitely be back. Bravo! 👏🍾

27/03/2026: Food was excellent, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. We ordered white wine, yet the waiter did not change the red wine glasses, which is a basic detail you would expect at this level. Overall, the service was very poor — there was little to no attention from the staff. No one followed up to check if everything was alright, and we were not even offered dessert. It felt like the waiters were disengaged and not attentive to customers at all. To make matters worse, we had to wait a good 5–10 minutes just to pay the bill, which added to the frustration. A real shame, because the food deserves much better service to match.

13/06/2026: I had dinner last night with two colleagues. Terrible seafood pasta, frozen fish, and a broth made with tomato sauce. Cuisine for tourists, not Italians.

17/07/2026: Local cafe/bar. Quite cozy and not too expensive. All cocktails between 7 and 8 euros. They don't always contain 'enough' alcohol. Quiet atmosphere in the center of Mestre. We ordered a mixed fried for 7 euros, which was enough for 2. Also many Flemish/Belgian beers, but these are a bit too expensive.

12/07/2026: Good place Good food, I had a good steak (I'm very picky). Well-tasted beer (rare in these parts).

28/03/2026: They were very friendly. Each item costs around €3, which is quite cheap for Venice. The bread was soft, and the fillings were plentiful and delicious.

18/03/2026: Loved this place for lunch! Gluten free sandwich! Make your own or pick from the board. It was awesome!

27/07/2026: We went in for breakfast this morning for the first time. Nothing to complain about regarding the atmosphere or the quality of the coffee and cappuccino, but €2.80 for a raisin roll, a small one at that, and €2.00 for a brioche with jam seems like a lot, considering the prices at other bakeries in the area, where you can find a better selection and equal quality. I don't think we'll be back for breakfast.

26/07/2026: We stopped for some gluten-free single-servings, the staff were very kind and knowledgeable, the desserts were excellent, highly recommended!

14/07/2026: What a lovely find on Via Terraglio. We had a wonderful meal, and the atmosphere was truly welcoming. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the burger bun was soft and golden brown to perfection. The fries were crispy, and the sauce served on the side was a great accompaniment. A perfect place for a casual evening. We'll definitely be back soon.

You shouldn't stop at appearances...you distracted tourist, you need to read reviews like this because you need guidance! Excellent restaurant, local seafood cuisine. Excellent first courses, quality and freshness in the second courses, a wide selection and lots of flavor. Friendly, loving, patient staff in this jungle of crazy, stressed people. Highly recommended

It's the ideal place for those looking for quality, speed, and friendly service without spending a fortune. The restaurant's strengths: Pizza quality: Truly delicious, made with quality ingredients and well-seasoned, with a light and flavorful dough. Fried foods: The fries were exceptional, incredibly crispy and cooked to perfection. Service and Staff: The waiters were very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The service was incredibly fast, a detail that really makes a difference, especially on busy nights. Value for money: The price is excellent, absolutely fair, and in line with the high quality of the food we ate.

14/05/2026: A very well-kept restaurant, with extremely kind and accommodating staff. I had an appetizer of local cured meats, which was exceptional, complemented by my cheese cravings. Followed by a pizza. My compliments go to the entire staff and the kitchen. I recommend it to everyone.

12/05/2026: We've been in Mirani for work for three weeks and discovered the Alle Arcate restaurant: a truly pleasant surprise. The food is excellent, and this evening we had a wonderful dinner with two appetizers, excellent seafood spaghetti, and a truly excellent fried fish platter. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the area. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

16/05/2026: Big beautiful room and lovely helpful staff! The bathroom was a little small/simple but overall I had a great stay here.

02/04/2026: A perfect location right in the center, Attentive and helpful staff, A large room, a bathtub, and comfortable bedding, A varied breakfast, And above all, the view from our room with the sounds of the gondoliers singing in the background! What more could you ask for to unwind for a few days? I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back!
